Eddie, our driver, was fantastic. To our dismay my husband left his phone in the backseat of the car and they promptly return it to us. We would highly recommend this service for a more intimate transfer.

The driver located us in the airport and after waiting for other riders, we walked about three blocks to the transport van. The driver was friendly at pickup, but did not communicate with us during the transport.

Scheduled for the 10am pick up. Our flight arrived at 8am - so we patiently waited where we were told. 10am came and went, we called after 20 minutes to enquire if our driver was late and were told oh, yeah, he’s in traffic. I had downloaded WhatsApp for the purpose of communicating with tours and transport, so they could have contacted me to let me know that. Finally at 11, we were on our way to Sorrento. Communication was awful. The driver didn’t speak to us or show us any sites along the way like some other reviews have stated. European time is not what Americans are used to - so if you use this car service just know/realize things happen.

Driver was pleasant and on time to pick us up but dropped us off blocks from our hotel. There were many stairs to get us down to the street we needed then 4 blocks to the hotel. Luggage was very heavy and my husband had trouble walking. We were very unhappy! People need to be informed they may not be dropped off at their hotel!

We’re truly sorry to hear about your discomfort, but we do not offer hotel drop-off for shared shuttles – this is clearly stated in the product description. Many hotels in Sorrento are located in pedestrian-only zones or areas with stairs, which makes direct drop-off impossible.
We strongly advise guests to review hotel accessibility before booking a shared service, or consider a private transfer for door-to-door service. Thank you for your understanding.

Flight was delayed 3 hours so we missed our ride. No refund given. No empathy. No help to make things right. Just took our money and ran.

We completely understand your frustration. However, this was a shared shuttle, and delays caused by late flights are not refundable. The vehicle left at the scheduled time with the other passengers onboard.
We always recommend booking flexible or private services in case of risky connections. We are truly sorry, but the "no-show" policy is standard across all transport services.

Great option if you want to easily get to Sorrento from Naples after your flight. The driver was great, he clearly communicated the time of pickup and the location at the airport. He arrived on time and our trip to Sorrento was as described tome wise. Would book again !

Patient and communication was pretty good. Our flight was delayed by 40 minutes, but we had decided to have the pickup later anyway. Switched vehicles and a driver in Sorrento and we were at our destination in 15 minutes. Traffic is crazy. Naples to Sorrento is 2 hours!

Ride cancelled at last minute leaving us without a ride with no transportation to our hotel at 9 pm. Do not trust for dependable service!!!!!!!

Your transfer was confirmed for 8:00 PM, and our driver was on time and at the correct meeting point. You only updated the flight arrival time to 9:00 PM, but never requested a change to the pick-up time, which remained scheduled at 20:00 (shuttles work at fixed departure times).
We actually informed you three times that updating your flight details does not automatically change the shuttle schedule, and that the driver would be there at the original confirmed time. Matter of fact, we have no shuttles departing at 9:00 PM on our schedule.
Unfortunately, no one showed up at the meeting point at 8:00 PM, so the service was marked as a no-show.

Our shuttle bus driver was caught up in traffic due to an accident on the way to Naples airport, the company advised us to take a taxi and paid for it, staff were very helpful and polite.

This is an affordable way to get from the airport to your hotel. There was a little confusion finding our driver because he wasn’t waiting with all the other drivers, but once we found him it was smooth sailing. We shared our van with 6 college girls from Alabama. Fun conversation and scenic ride. Delivered to the door of our hotel.

Once we found our driver, everything was PERFECT. We didn’t lift a finger and he delivered us to the door of our Airbnb. He even played American music Beyoncé “Cowboy Carter” when he found out we were from Texas! He also had water waiting for us in the van and pointed out some landmarks on your drive from Naples airport to Sorrento.
We’ll use them again for our return later this week to Naples.

I booked this through Viator, because I felt they would back me up if anything went wrong with Sea Horse Car Service. I was wrong and totally disappointed in Viator.
Beware when the shared ride states the car seats 8 passengers. What they fail to tell you is that does not include the driver. I was sitting, comfortably, in the front with the driver and there were 6 passengers in the back. Much to my shock, the driver stopped at the train station and picked up an additional passenger. I was told to move over and for the next 2 1/2 hours I was crammed in between the driver and the additional passenger. I had no place for my feet and my back was hurting from what was supposed to be a seat back. And I am only 4'10" tall.
In addition to that miserable ride, as we were about 25 minutes out of Sorrento, the car pulled over and told us we had to change cars, because our car had to take passengers to Rome. We stood there for another 20 to 25 minutes waiting for the other car. To sum up my ride: it was the ride from hell.
I asked for a refund. Sea Horse refused and Viator in turn refused. Their reason was that it states that the shared ride seats 8 passengers, so I am not entitled to a refund. Who on earth would ever think that 8 passengers would not include the driver? It wasn't even safe. I would walk before I would ever sign up for a shared ride with Viator. And I would like to add that I have never written a bad review in my life.

We regret that you were dissatisfied with your shared shuttle experience, but we’d like to clarify a few important points.
The vehicle capacity is clearly stated in the product description: 8 passengers in addition to the driver. This is standard for shared transport services and complies with safety and seating regulations. Regarding the temporary discomfort caused by sitting in the front row with an additional passenger, we acknowledge it’s not ideal, but it is within operational norms during high-demand periods.
As for the vehicle change en route: this is a normal logistical procedure for shared rides covering multiple destinations. Unfortunately, a refund is not applicable for services that were provided complying to our T&C.
We understand that shared transport may not suit everyone, and for those seeking more space and flexibility, we always recommend booking a private service.

Good communication before the trip, and when we landed in Naples and our flight was delayed we got a phone call as soon as we landed from our driver letting us know he was there waiting for us at the meeting point. Due to the tech issues my flight was late arriving when I landed I had messages from the agent advising they were unable to wait. I messaged back saying just landed they were able to add me to another transfer which went smoothly.
