The tour of the Allianz stadium itself was terrific. Great guide and we got to see all the important areas of the stadium. Could have got that for the price of less than EUR 20 a ticket though. Instead I paid more than 5x that for a Munchen tour guide in a bus with horrific audio equipment. The guide spoke ONto the mic for 2 hours and it was impossible to hear a word of what she said. My advice: buy your tickets on the website of the stadium directly. You just need to book early.

You get to see a bit of Munich whilst travelling to the stadium with commentary so you learn about the city and the football club. The entry is very smooth and you get time for a meal in the restaurant which is reasonably priced. The club shop is similarly good value when compared to English clubs.
The tour was very informative and immersive with all key parts of the ground covered. The guide was vey knowledgeable and included the whole group. I was pleasantly surprised that we were allowed to go down the players tunnel and onto the entrance to the pitch (but obviously not onto it) as the Champions' League music played. A very good tour and highly recommended.

Patrizia did an excellent job of making the sights of Munich interesting. She was easy to listen to, knowledgeable, and seemed so very nice and friendly in all respects. She was on top of things from the start. I would highly recommend her as a tour guide.
Now for the negative. One of the travellers had obviously booked the wrong thing and so half the tour (on an english speaking tour) was given in German. It felt like the couple who had messed up, and budded in front of us in line in a rush, was given a private tour. No big deal, compassionate of Patrizia but it seemed like there was a lot of German being spoken.
Mike, the tour guide from FC Bayern, is absolutely NOT a good tour guide. He simply displayed no passion or care and was very hard to hear and understand. The place is great, it was neat to see, but a guide who seemed interested in doing the job is a must. Mike is not that guy, word to the wise. He seemed only interested in being finished.

Excellent trip to Bayern Munich stadium along with city tour. The gudie was very friendly and explained everything in both German and English.

We took this tour because my son is a big soccer fan. We were traveling with 3 kids (ages 10, 9, and 5) and my parents who are senior citizens.
When I read over the details of the tour it sounded like an English tour but it was both German and English. The Munich panorama tour was not great, the speaker was so loud to the point of giving everyone a headache and since it was in both German and English there was no break in sound for 45 min on the bus to Allianz.
The tour pick up was delayed due to some late stragglers even though they asked for people to be there 30 min before 10 am. The tour gets you back at the same spot at 3:00 pm.
The tour of the Allianz stadium could have been better timed. You have essentially 50 min for the museum, gift shop, and to get food, and use the toilet...it's impossible to do all so prioritize.
The tour itself of the stadium was good but not meant for smaller children and elderly people. There's is A LOT of walking and climbing up and down stairs. Our tour guide for the stadium tour was speed walking until he realized we had senior citizens and smaller children in our group and then paced appropriately.
Overall if you can book the tour of just the stadium and coordinate the travel to the stadium yourself then that would give you more flexibility and time.
The weather was rainy and cold but that's no one's fault. It was all the other downfalls of th tour that makes me not recommend it for families that have a wide range of ages.

The Munich panorama portion and the timing around the transfer to the Allianz Arena are planned and carried out by us, and we’ll certainly review your comments about this part of the tour internally.
The stadium tour itself is conducted by the Allianz Arena’s own staff, and their timing and routing can be quite tight, especially on busy days. Unfortunately, we cannot influence the speed or structure of that part.
We appreciate your honest input and will use it to keep improving the flow of the tour where it’s within our control. If you decide to join us again for another Munich experience, we’d be happy to welcome you back under easier conditions.
This was a wonderful, up close look at soccer life! My grandson loved it!! It was just enough time to see the museum and the tour of Allianz Stadium was amazing!

Tour guide was very informative about various subjects - football clubs in Munich, beer, local history, local economy, etc.
Arrive early to get seats on the top floor of the tour bus. if you like to have better views during the city tour. Favourite part of tour: having my son run out into football pitch with champions league music playing and sitting in the team bench.

Easily the most unorganised tour we have ever been on and the description is very misleading. We had a 90 minute tour of the outskirts of Munich before arriving at the stadium where the guide, Patricia, took us back and forth as she didn’t have the tickets for us to enter and did not know where to get them from. We were then left with just 20 minutes to explore the vast museum before our tour time, no time to look around the shop and were expected to get straight back on the bus for another hour. Needless to say, we stayed at the stadium to have a proper look around d the outside and to go in the shop and made our own way back.

The tour of the stadium was excellent. Tour guide Wolfgang did a great job taking us around the stadium and explaining the different things about the stadium. Melanie was the tour guide on the bus and she also did a nice job pointing out the different sites throughout the city.

The city tour of Munich was okay (the description said this was in English but it was actually German first and then English) but the real great part was the Arena tour with lots of behind the scenes access including the press room, locker room, and the player entrance to the stadium, as well as a short stay on the grass.
The bus driver was super grumpy and unhelpful but our tour guide, Martina, was amazing.

The personal touch we had at the arena tour with only 4 English speaking people or guide took us and did our own tour and it was amazing
Melanie was great - her English was amazing and she managed to keep 50+ people on track by herself. Commentary was great - if you love all things football this is for you - old grounds, new grounds, training grounds, history, and an all access stadium tour with very comprehensive museum. Only challenge would be - just bring people straight back - it’s enough to do the pre tour of Munich football sights and the stadium. Once again thanks to Melanie and our driver.
We were taken and brought on time, we'll organized. The stadium tour covered every thing a bayern fan would enjoy. Definitely recommend doing this on your trip to munich.

Certainly the Allianz Arena tour is the must of this tour packet . Amazing visit of the Bayern Munich Team infrastructure .. But the city tour is not at the same level.. Poor in stops and far away of the monuments.
The only hard part was to find the initial bus to go around and into the Arena, the rest was very nice.
This is a large tour bus and the guide switches between German and English as he speaks. It was a little hard to hear and understand. We saw a lot of the city on the ride to and from the stadium. At the stadium they seperate the groups by language which made it easier. The stadium tour was excellent.
Allianz stadium tour was good, but bus tour couldn't really see much. No stopping at sites for pictures. Just drove straight to the stadium.
Such a cool experience and awesome to see parts of the stadium like the press room, dressing room and go on the side lines! The city tour before was also a great way to learn more about Munich and all the guides were amazing!
I enjoyed the day - tours and guides were very good, the museum at the Arena was unexpectedly very interesting too. The Arena itself is quite an experience, even empty!
The tour guide by coach to the Allianz arena was informative - the guide once at the arena was brilliant in English. The dressing room was I guess the best part of the tour not that you could fault any of it.
The lack of communication was absolutely horrendous. They never replied to my text messages and I would call multiple times only to be sent to voicemail.
I think the explanation of the tour was very vague. Everyone we talked to had no idea we would be going on a long winded city tour (many had already done another city tour the day before.) The narrator was very knowledgeable in both English and German. What we were all expecting was a stadium tour. What we got was quite different. When we finally got to the stadium there was very much confusion between where the English speakers and the German speakers were to go. Our “host” told about 30 of us (English) to wait and she went on with the German group. No one ever came back for us. After 45 minute someone contacted a manager who found our tour host. She proceeded to blame all of the English speakers (30 of us) for not listening to her. We eventually got an English speaking guide and our tour was cut in half. We had no time to eat and made a quick stop at the Bayern store before catching our bus. About 12 of our group decided to get a taxi back. Was not at all what we paid for and expected
