Such a surprise, more going on than I ever imagined!

The group that they subbed this tour out to ( like all tours are) was Reality Tours. They have an educational program for the young people inside the slums. Their office is inside the slums. My guide was fantastic, Javed, he could not have been better. He was so knowledgeable and happy to answer all my questions. The Dharavi slums are a well organized machine, a city with all the parts, it reminded me of an ant farm, a million people crammed together all doing their job to make a living and get things accomplished. Fascinating!
