We had a small issue with the meeting point, but as I've experienced on other tours, it appears to be a viator and not a tour operator issue. It was fixed with a quick message to Viator and the exact meeting point is the ticket office at Churchgate train station. Rakesh was an excellent guide and provided a day of memorable experiences. All 3 activities were fascinating, as was the local train and taxi rides. I would definitely recommend Rakesh and the tour to anyone visiting Mumbai.

A very interesting and eye-opening tour in Mumbai with many surprising moments. It was exciting to see the different side of the city and learn so many background stories and insights. At times, we felt like we were part of a documentary. Our guide Hardik was incredible warm, friendly and knowledheable and he made this tour something special. Highly recommended!

This was one of the best tours I did in India. Rakesh is an excellent guide. He is knowledgeable and fun. The laundry tour was really fascinating and gave a real insight into its operation. The same with the Dabbawallas. Seeing how industrious people are in Dharavi was an eye opener. It was just a great tour.

We had a fantastic tour with our great guide Hardik. He is such a pleasant, knowledgeable young man. Very informative tour. The ride on the train was great fun and the tour around the slum gives a fascinating insight in to the lives of the local people. From start to finish we all enjoyed every minute. Towards the end of the tour, Hardik and his beautiful family invited us in to their home for chai and Indian sweets to celebrate the new year and diwali.
Would highly recommend this trip.

Where do we start with this trip! The most incredible experience with the best guide. Our guide, Sagar, was extremely informative, had great communication skills and as he was from Dharvi his passion and energy really made the trip special.
The tour was brilliant from start to finish and was a great way to see the real Mumbai when using the trains.
Although we enjoyed the whole experience our personal highlight was going to Sagar’s family home, and a beautiful homemade meal. A truly unforgettable experience and a once in a lifetime opportunity, thank you Sagar for the hospitality and warm welcome!

I’m really happy we booked this tour, it was truly amazing. Rakesh was the best guide, very friendly, smart and respectful. You get to see a lot in those few hours, so bring some water and wear comfy shoes. :) I honestly have nothing bad to mentioned, I would really recommend this tour and Rakesh as a guide.

We took the Metro and the train by ourself to get to the Churchgate Railway where our guide Dinesh waited for us. We started on a spot close to the railway to show us how the Dabawallas are working. We had the chance to take some photos and then we took the train to the Dhobi Ghat where we saw the huge outdoor laundry which was very stunning. Afterwards we took the train again to visit the Slum area where Dinish used to live when he was younger. He lead us through the industry and living areas and it was really interesting. After the tour he waited with us for our uber. We felt super comfortable and safe with him. It was our best tour while our trip in india and we totally recommend this tour and also Dinesh as a tour Guide.
