Our tour was cancelled only 2 hours before it started - by e-mail that we noticed only 1 hour before the beginning of the tour: Totally unacceptable!

Guide never showed up. When calling the tour provider, the phone number went to an automatic answering system in Spanish only. We were unable to leave a message. Viator also could not reach the guide by phone and is processing a refund.

Informative and enjoyable

Informative and enjoyable walk with Dani in the Curi Cancha reserve. Spotted some birds and other wildlife that I definitely would not have done if I went on my own so thank you. Dani is super passionate about nature and the wildlife of Costa Rica which came across during the walk.
