I was scary but full of fun and excitement. It made me scared for few seconds and when world turned upside down it all felt calm inside. The guys who helped with getting set up were very friendly and understanding. They were great when I asked them to push me it was fun that they pushed me on 3 on count of 3, 2, 1 we were laughing when we saw the video.

Such a cool experience! I felt safe the entire time and even though it was absolutely terrifying it was one of the highlights of my trip! I left with amazing memories (and videos) and would do it again in a heartbeat!!

I completed the Bungee activity. Throughout the entire time I felt safe and secured. This experience was definitely the highlight of my trip to Costa Rica. My only regret was not doing other activities offered at the park. This is a must do activity for adventurer and adrenaline seekers.

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. I booked well in advance back in May for June 15, 2022, at 2:00pm. Because I am staying at Occidental Papagayo (Guanacaste), which is nearly three hours to Monteverde, I had to arrange for private round-trip transportation that cost $365 USD. I left the hotel early (about 10:30am) to make sure I would arrive to the park on time. When I arrived well before 2:00pm, the entrance to the park was closed. When I finally spoke with someone from the park via telephone, I was informed that there was a "problem" with the bungee and that they were "fixing it." I was told that a full refund would be given to me. When asked about reimbursement for the private round-trip transportation, I was told to speak with someone "in charge" tomorrow morning which I intend to do. There was no proper communication from the park to inform in advance that something was "wrong" with the bungee. I sat in a van for three hours going to Monteverde and three hours coming back, going up and down the mountain all FOR NOTHING! Horrible experience ever!!!
