- Dress respectfully to visit the Historical Complex. This includes refraining from wearing bare-backed or low-cut clothing, shorts, miniskirts, and hats inside the Milan Duomo Cathedral.
- Please activate the silent mode on your mobile phones, speak softly, and if available, deposit suitcases, bags, large backpacks, and umbrellas in designated areas.
- Clients must arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start of the tour. This is due to the timed entry of the tickets.
- Tickets are timed and expire within 5 to 10 minutes.
- Please be advised that it is not possible to join the tour after it has commenced.
- Please note that although infants are admitted free of charge, it is essential to include them in your reservation to ensure they receive their complimentary entrance ticket.
- The Duomo di Milano may experience unforeseen closures due to liturgical celebrations. In such cases, your guides will provide explanations from outside the cathedral.
- Tips/gratuities (for your guide) are always appreciated.
- Please note that due to structural limitations, wheelchair access is not available for entry to the Milan Duomo with Terrace.

Paced well. Very organized. The depth oh knowledge shared was enjoyed by all. Facts you don’t learn in school that enhanced the enjoyment of a spectacular cathedral. Outstanding experience.

If you want to explore and learn about the Milan Cathedral or “Duomo,” do NOT book this tour. It was advertised as”Milan: Cathedral and Terraces Guided Tour with Tickets.” That title is misleading, because the tour began with over an hour of touring the Galleria shopping center, the Scala Square and the Ragione Palace. This part of the tour was not mentioned in the booking confirmation they sent us. By the time the guide got us back to the cathedral and through the long line, there were only 20 minutes left in the two-hour time slot. She then told us a few things about the cathedral, showed us the way to the elevator to the terraces, and told us good-bye! The “itinerary” said she would spend at least an hour and ten minutes teaching about the history and construction of the cathedral, but the Tour Operator, “Walks in Europe,” did NOT DELIVER. Secondly, neither the booking confirmation nor the Voucher told us the precise meeting point. Both said to meet at the Galleria shopping complex across from the Duomo. Though we arrived over 15 minutes early, there was no sign of our tour leader. We frantically searched the Galleria and the Cathedral entrances and finally called a number in small print on the booking confirmation. We learned that the actual meeting point was specific Cafe near the entrance to the Galleria. We finally found the group and took the disappointing tour.

Excellent tour guide with deep knowledge about the history, art, and architecture of Milan. I did assume from the description that we were going into the opera house, rather than just walking by it, so if you're looking for that specifically know that it's not part of the tour! Overall great abbreviated experience of Milan's highlights in a short enough tour to keep kids' (and adults!) attention.

This was a fabulous small group tour. Ended up just our 4. Daniell was excellent explaining nuonses of Milan and taking us on side little hidden gems. My husband couldn't walk the whole tour so Daniell let him sit and we picked him back up to see the Cathedral. We got the lift up to the top and skipped the line. My sister got vertigo at the top and we were able to take the lift back down. (Otherwise it is a 90 stair spiral staircase) It was a wonderful tour and highly recommend.

So much to see and so well explained by our guide, Fadia, as we toured several sites. She was so knowledgeable about the history of the Duomo, all the architectural details both exterior and interior and also about the Catholic faith in general. She was extremely personable, friendly and a true pleasure to have as our guide. So glad we took this tour. Just be prepared to walk a lot and do steps leading to the Terrace.

Visiting and touring the Duomo di Milan is a MUST if you are in Milan. Such an awe inspiring structure both inside and outside. But this tour was made even more exceptionally memorable by our tour guide Fadia. She was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating even going above and beyond as to help plan the rest of our stay in Milan. Her recommendations for restaurants and other points of interest in Milan were invaluable. I learned so much from her during this tour. Barbara (the tour guide) was amazing. Very funny and knowledgeable. The cathedral was wonderful and fascinating to hear the history surrounding it. We preferred it to Barcelona! Roof top is a must see.

Sarah did an excellent job giving us the best experience on this walking tour. This is a perfect tour for those wanting some history on Milan and the duomo. Our guide Valeria was amazing. She knew so much and made the entire experience memorable! Don’t hesitate to book this!!! The meeting point for our trip was in a very congested location and our guide did not hold up sign announcing herself. We were very upset and phoned the local company-Walk in Europe who refused to reschedule or refund. Extremely rude and hung up in my face. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We lost $250 dollars. Shameful
