Great Tour, But Beware of Traffic... And Trees!

Rotimi_A, Jun 2026
The tour made some really interesting stops, and there appears to be a lot to see in the city, but the tour was hampered by heavy traffic. Also, there were lots of trees in the way, which is a potential hazard if you're not paying attention, but dodging them sort of added to the fun! I would recommend this tour, but beware that traffic could impact the experience negatively.

Went first week in May...

Martha_T, May 2026
Went first week in May and was very hot on upper deck. We were disappointed with the audio. Many of the plug in for headphones were not working. We kept moving to different seats.

😌 great

The stop for the Glorieta doesn't work but a representative gonna come and pick you up, the tickets are easy to buy

Not impressed!

Thomas_W, Feb 2026
I could not get on the bus at a stop beside my hotel. Instead, I had to walk almost an hour. English language sound did not always work. Spanish over the external.loudspeakers was too loud.

Excellent! Very interesting and easy

Rob_W, Feb 2026
Excellent, on time, friendly, informativa. I booked the wrong date and they rescheduled easily and efficiently. Thank you

Go with a plan!

Kimberly_N, Feb 2026
Go with a plan of what stops you'll be getting off the bus and the bus routes. There are 3 different routes available so plan accordingly. This was a big time saver. I got to see the sites and jump off when I wanted a more engaging experience or was going to a specific attraction close by.

Way too long on the bus!

Maureen_R, Jan 2026
The sites in Mexico City are beautiful, but the traffic was horrendous! We bought the tickets for red, green, yellow and purple areas, but only did portion of red and portion of green…on the bus for 5.5 hours. Not worth taking this bus tour!

Great Service and Cleanliness, but Major Audio Issues

elizabeth_l, Dec 2025
The staff and cleanliness of the bus were excellent. The team was very helpful and the bus itself was clean and well-maintained, which we appreciated. However, the experience was significantly impacted by the technical issues. We found that approximately 80% of the headphone jacks did not work at all. In the few seats where we did manage to get sound, the clarity was very poor, making it difficult to understand the commentary. Ultimately, this meant we missed out on a lot of the historical and cultural information, which is the main reason for taking this type of tour. While the route and service were good, the lack of functioning audio severely impacted our trip and our ability to learn as much as we would have liked. I hope they can address these audio issues, as it would make the tour a much better value. Digital Audio from our phones would be way better
