Pickup is available ONLY from the hotels shown at the moment making the reservation, as long as you are hosted in one of them. Customers must call to confirm the exact pick-up time, because it's prior the activity starts from 15 to 60 minutes before. You will recognize our operator wearing uniform black pants and sweater with the MEXITOURS logo, and white shirt. After your pick up in your hotel, you will be transferred to our main meeting point to be integrated to your tour.

A little disappointment

Walking to the municipal church and an archeological site. Guiding quality was uneven. The tour Iangusge was Spanish AND English, though it was advertised as English.

It seems that unfortunately, in the platform is not announced that our services are bilingual, it means, they are offered in both English and Spanish languages, not just in English. This tour was amazing! We were very lucky to end up being a very small tour group and were able to spend plenty of time at each stop on the tour. Our guide was magnificent! Extremely knowledgeable, kind, and fun. I learned so much about the history of the city that I was able to repeat it and share it with others. I would recommend this tour a hundred times over!

Gabrielle was timely for our departure but her presentation in English was only average and she seemed hurried, and, in fact, she ended the tour of the scheduled 4 hour historic city center after 3 hours

The tour was good up until we stopped at a souvenir shop for 50 minutes. This was an unscheduled stop that prevented us from stopping at our listed stop of the Bosque de Chapultepec. We did not take the tour to go shopping! Apparently, the three other people on the tour arranged this as they conversed with the guide in Spanish. The tour company should find a way to give us the rest of our tour!

Our main goal is to please all our visitors, they love to take presents to their families and friends, so that´s why we take a brief stop, 30 minutes as much, in the souvenir stop; but of course all the itinerary is cabally given, including the panoramic views like the Bosque The Chapultepec. My tour guide Pablo was excellent. Very informative. Only thing we needed was a microphone for the tour guide when we were walking around so we could hear him without having to be right next to him.
