This was a very good trip. With Alan, our guide and Victor (driver), we were in very good hands. The early morning trip is the way to go - the pyramids otherwise do get crowded later in the day. Alan was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. Both Alan and Victor were very accommodating to our needs. Very good experience overall.

Our tour guide Alan was both knowledgeable and funny. He was very thoughtful and attentive to our small group the entire time. His stories and insights on the tour truly enriched the experience. Alan gave us a couple of choices for lunch, and helped everyone understand our orders.

It all went smoothly, pick up and drop off at location made a huge difference, our tour guide Christian was really nice, easy going and very knowledgeable, explained everything from beginning to end.

I don't shy away from adventure just because I have a small child and my spouse is busy. Alan (and driver David) made sure we had a great time on this trip. Alan can speak not only English and Spanish fluently but also German, which was great for at least half the people on our trip! We got to the site early enough to feel like we were among the first-- and on the spring equinox no less. We also saw everything and got out for lunch before anyone got a sunburn. Good veg options at the lunch restaurant, and a playground too! Alan was knowledgeable and brought maps for the different parts of the temples. He was so kind to my 4-year-old. He answered all the random questions, held hands and helped my kid go up and down the giant stairs without a word of complaint. He was so genuinely welcoming that we will try to book with him again when we come back. Unlike other companies and reviews I read, Alan and David would never leave someone behind. They were so diligent in ensuring we were all together in our small group. Travel was excellent - 5 stars for Alan, David and Angela's tour team.

We started early, I was picked up from my BNB at 6:30AM in a very clean and comfortable shuttle by our driver, and, our tour guide Karen. We made a couple more stops to allow for the pickup of other guests and took a drive to a gas station for usage of the bathroom/buying coffee. It was a smooth thirty minute drive to the pyramids from there since we didn't encounter any traffic. Karen was very insightful, providing us with information about the civilization of Teotihuacan and debunking myths/stories we might've heard elsewhere. We were able to climb two of the pyramids, see the small museum on site, and Karen was super helpful when it came to taking some photos of us. As a solo traveler, that was so appreciated. Our group opted to take the shuttle down to the last pyramid, and after climbing up to see the restoration- I was so glad to have come. At the end of the tour, we were taken to grab lunch at a tourist spot, before being dropped off around our AIRBNB's. Everyone in my group was so kind and friendly, I hope they enjoyed their visit to Mexico!

Great visit of Teotihuacan! 4h30 exciting with Angela, an exceptional guide: clear explanations, anecdotes, answers to all our questions and even a quiz back 😄 The ride is comfortable, in a small group (max 15 people), which makes the experience very pleasant. Arrived at 8am, we avoided the crowd and were able to take beautiful photos. The tour ends in a very nice restaurant, perfect to conclude the morning. I recommend 100% this activity with Angela, thank you again!! 😊✨
