Very interesting, informative and fun! I appreciated the early time, as we got to enjoy the area before larger groups came in. It was fun to explore and our guide Emmanuel answered all of our questions. Make sure you prepare for the sun - bring hats, sunscreen, sleeves and whatever else you need to prevent heatstroke!

Be prepared for a fun time seeing some incredible ancient ruins and also learning all about them from your guide. Be on time for your pick out of courtesy to others in the group. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Put on sunscreen, and bring sunglasses and a hat. Overall a great experience, getting there before the crowds makes this tour the best to get. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our visit to Teotihuacan! Communication before and during the tour was excellent, and we learned a lot about both Mexico City's history and the fascinating history of Teotihuacan. One of the highlights was arriving early enough to beat most of the crowds, which definitely made the experience more enjoyable. Unfortunately, my husband wasn’t feeling well that day due to reasons unrelated to the tour, and our guide, Rocio, was very accommodating and helpful throughout the morning. Thanks Rocio! We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone interested in learning more about the region’s history while still having the entire afternoon free to continue exploring Mexico City.

Great tour! Emmanuel was an excellent guide who was so knowledgeable and also took good care of a member of our party who had some slight mobility issues. It was great getting there before all the rest of the crowds - perfect for photos. We learned a lot!

First of all, Rocío was amazing and sweet. She did a great job.
The reason we took 2 stars off is that the tour company seems a bit disingenuous. At the time of booking it clearly said the tour guide is Angela which is why we had booked this. We then found out it’s a different tour guide. I reached out but was told it was my misunderstanding. After sending them the description at the time which stated it was her, it was changed to mentioning it might be a different guide. We were offered to change the date or get a refund but since it was our last day, there was no time for us to arrange an alternative.
The “coffee shop” is in reality a gas station with a subway. Yes, you can get simple coffee but it’s not a coffee shop. Thankfully, we brought some food and coffee. The tour was a bit short but good thanks to our guide. It ended with a stop at a restaurant which we would’ve gladly skipped to get back sooner.

Hi Tim, I need to respond because what you are saying is simply not true. It's not fair to post this review, because it hurts my business and is not true, and you did not read the tour description.
The tour description never said I Angela will be the guide, and even the image you sent me clearly states the tour will be operated by either a guide on my team, OR me. I never changed anything, you just did not read the description closely enough. Every other tourist I have did and that's why you're the only person who has ever mentioned anything about that.
Also for the coffee shop - it's separate from the gas station. They have a coffee maker with cappuccinos, lattes, and even pastries like croissants and other bread. It's not connected to the gas station at all. It's on the whole other side of the same large plaza.
It made me sad you lied in your review. I don't know why you did that. I try really hard to run a good business. But sometimes that's how people are in life

The tour was great. I highly recommend going there early with this tour, there were really few people when we got there and the tour is managed in such a way that we went to the top of the moon pyramid before there were too many people. It was also worth arriving early as the temperature can get really hot out there. We briefly met with Angela, but our tour was lead by Emmanuel. He was great, was very generous with information, answered all the questions the group had. Overall, the tour was well managed. I would definitely go with this tour agency again.

High praise for everything about this Pyramids tour. Angela’s communication about my tour and pick-up time was excellent as was tour guide Alan and driver Roberto. Alan was knowledgeable and enthusiastic, and we also had a fantastic group of people on the tour which altogether made for a memorable and enjoyable day in a very special place (with a very fun lunch). Alan made sure to take great photos of us in all the key places and the highlight was seeing Angela at the top of the 1st pyramid along with the local dogs who had come to hang out with her. Highly recommend this tour.

The trip was great, and at a very good price! Highly recommended! Alan was an excellent, knowledgeable and entertaining guide, and David got us to and from safely and on time. The group was 14, a bit more than I would have liked, but everyone was fun and friendly. Even though it required waking up early, I would not have had it any other way: avoid the crowds and the heat! I was also very happy with communications. They were quick to acknowledge me when I first signed up, and were quick to answer questions via text. Lastly, l thought the lunch spot was fine, but it is not the reason you would want to sign up for this tour; and as one would expect, it was priced for tourists.

This was a very good trip. With Alan, our guide and Victor (driver), we were in very good hands. The early morning trip is the way to go - the pyramids otherwise do get crowded later in the day. Alan was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. Both Alan and Victor were very accommodating to our needs. Very good experience overall.

I don't shy away from adventure just because I have a small child and my spouse is busy. Alan (and driver David) made sure we had a great time on this trip. Alan can speak not only English and Spanish fluently but also German, which was great for at least half the people on our trip!
We got to the site early enough to feel like we were among the first-- and on the spring equinox no less. We also saw everything and got out for lunch before anyone got a sunburn. Good veg options at the lunch restaurant, and a playground too!
Alan was knowledgeable and brought maps for the different parts of the temples. He was so kind to my 4-year-old. He answered all the random questions, held hands and helped my kid go up and down the giant stairs without a word of complaint. He was so genuinely welcoming that we will try to book with him again when we come back.
Unlike other companies and reviews I read, Alan and David would never leave someone behind. They were so diligent in ensuring we were all together in our small group. Travel was excellent - 5 stars for Alan, David and Angela's tour team.

We started early, I was picked up from my BNB at 6:30AM in a very clean and comfortable shuttle by our driver, and, our tour guide Karen. We made a couple more stops to allow for the pickup of other guests and took a drive to a gas station for usage of the bathroom/buying coffee. It was a smooth thirty minute drive to the pyramids from there since we didn't encounter any traffic.
Karen was very insightful, providing us with information about the civilization of Teotihuacan and debunking myths/stories we might've heard elsewhere. We were able to climb two of the pyramids, see the small museum on site, and Karen was super helpful when it came to taking some photos of us. As a solo traveler, that was so appreciated. Our group opted to take the shuttle down to the last pyramid, and after climbing up to see the restoration- I was so glad to have come.
At the end of the tour, we were taken to grab lunch at a tourist spot, before being dropped off around our AIRBNB's. Everyone in my group was so kind and friendly, I hope they enjoyed their visit to Mexico!

Great visit of Teotihuacan! 4h30 exciting with Angela, an exceptional guide: clear explanations, anecdotes, answers to all our questions and even a quiz back 😄
