I normally never write reviews but felt I had to based on my terrible experience with this company. I booked this trip 2 days in advance, received a confirmation email, and a validated ticket to go on the trip. On the day of the trip, no one showed up at the meeting location and the owner couldn’t get me set up with another company. I had to run to a different location and try to find a different company to take me to Guatape. My recommendation: absolutely do not book with this company! Go with a more legitimate and reputable company.
