I select this company for the horse ride with my family. I think it was the best decision I made. They first ask us the level of experience with horses of each rider for the horse selection. They offered horses that were healthy, responsive and not in an automatic mode following the horses litter. JJ was our guide with two other assistants. they all were very friendly and attentive. JJ made us felt like we were in a company of an old friend. It was an excellent crew. The ranch had nice trails, amazing views and a waterfall. I highly recommend this tour. They made our ride a five star experience.

Amazing experience, Gustavo and staff were incredible. We had so much fun. Gustavo has so much knowledge on horses. Even tho it was our first time there wasn’t a single moment where we felt unsafe. Can’t wait to go again!

I loved the horses who knew what they were doing. The steps down to the waterfall were a little slippery but I went slowly without problems. They helped me get on the horse and were always aware of my safety.

Although I wasn't able to complete the tour due to extenuating circumstances in Medellin, the tour company did everything possible to try and solve the issue. We ran into a humongous traffic jam (like we moved two blocks in about two hours) and just weren't able to arrive at the ranch in time to finish the ride before sunset. The tour company proactively offered to reschedule for the next day or completely refund our purchase price. Additionally, the tour guide walked us to the nearest metro station, purchased metro tickets for us, and personally escorted us back to El Poblado. Given that the traffic was due to a one-time event and completely out of the tour company's control, I'm very satisfied with their customer service.
