We were the only people in the bus, was spacious, clean and the driver was friendly and drove very wel, we felt safe.

Horrible experience

This was supposed to be a private transfer. Somehow we had a stranger in our car without any explanation at all. I was just too tired to even bother to complain. It was not a luxury car, we were so hot and ac was not provided. Also the driver drove like a lunatic, I feared for my life so many times during the drive to the hotel. When I cancelled the transfer back I got a call from the driver asking me why I’ve cancelled. I felt very uncomfortable, didn’t even know they had my phone number. He kept asking if the transfer was okay on the way to the hotel and I didn’t feel comfortable in sharing what had gone wrong because he should’ve known. Do not recommend one bit.

Dear Ana , I Mr Benidin did call you not the driver,we ask you about the airport transfer and about your Cancelation of return transfer.Your Airport Transfer was private and also in a SUV car and the car was year 2019.We did not put the AC on, it because the new policy of Covid 19 in Mauritius,the car which transport tourist should be open for more air circulation in the car .you cancel back your return transfer because you get free transfer from your hotel.

The driver was waiting as I came out of immigration. There was a short walk to the car. The driver happily adjusted the AC; played some music quietly. The ride was smooth and the driver pointed out some of the scenery as we went past. Car was a Hyundai Tucson; plenty of space. Arrived in one piece despite torrential rain that puddled up on the roads for the most of the journey.

Disappointed our driver didn’t speak when he greeted my husband he continued to walk to his car alone and quiet far ahead of us. There was no conversation or communication for the complete 1hr transfer to our hotel until we reached the hotel where he offered us his card and advised that we should contact him if we required any tours whilst on holiday. He was very reluctant to put the ac on in the car despite having asked him 3times. Would not recommend at all!!!

Dear Sir , After enquiry we saw in the cctv inside the car the drive did talk during your trip and you have ask him to bring you to a supermarket you want buy some drinks to bring it into the hotel he did bring you to the supermarket at trou d eau douce village as well .if you donot recommend us at all..So why you book your return transfer with us ?
