Absolutely amazing experience. Freddy and Geez are the most welcoming and friendly guides we’ve met. They gave us lots of knowledge on the valley and the local ecosystem. The experience is not only abseiling but also hiking and swimming. Swimming under one of the biggest waterfall was amazing. I think this is better than the hiking only trips. Highly recommended.

Bad communication and description ok experience

JabariJason_T, May 2025
Not a bad experience but there is a bit that can be worked on especially when it comes to communications and overall hospitality. I did this off a cruise boat and there is almost no way to get to the location baring an overpriced taxi hostage situation. I just want to tell my experience and you can take it from that. I had to go through a ton of taxis trying to overcharge cruise guests before I finally got one who was willing to only beat me for a bit more than I should have paid initially because he knew I was hostage. This could be fixed by a simple pick up option so people know the real price which is much more than advertised. When I finally got there it was a bit unclear where to meet and I was late but they waited. There just was not much chata and it felt cold at times. They set my up for the first test rapell and it was then I learned about the basically mandatory jumps and swimming. That really should be communicated in the beginning before you book not after you are basically stuck. I asked for a life vest because I was not sure what would come next and it was something. There is a massive jump. Again I was told there could be a way around but it seemed like you had to. I chose to do it with my camera which in fairness he said was not a great idea and that others had lost there phones. I had a GoPro mount and float stick so I felt confident. I shouldn't have been. The jump is probably near the extent you can jump without bodily harm evidenced by the fact that when I hit the water force dislodged the go pro mount and my camera was lost. The attitude of oh well we told you was the most heart breaking. Not sympathy at all just cold do you want to go back. They took a few pictures but I lost the day and what I had from a few days prior. Again y choice but I didn't know the effect of jumping that high would literally take out an official go pro mount nor did I know the the jump was part of the deal. I wish that was communicated better especially if you can't swim or are not willing to jump from that height with no rope. You probably literally could seriously injury yourself. Lunch was veggie which was presented as neutral but it's not for a near eater. Nothing special and frankly no value add. The hike out of the canyon was HELL. Honestly again something that needs to be communicated. There were older people collapsing on the way and they kept saying oh just a bit more which was no true. We're are taking nearly vertical probably 300m plus through dense jungle climbing other logs and whatever in the intense heat all after all the hiking etc. It's really a lot and I'm someone in pretty good shape. After that a long walk back to the start point where there just walked ahead of me. We got there and I had communicated I didn't want to use the driver and asked them to help me find other transportation and dismiss me. That was ignored and I was left with the same guy who took all the money I had to go back. Again communication transportation options and overall friendliness can be improved. The experience was fine but those things need serious work.

Thank you for your review..As you said in first line..not a bad experience..We dont understand why so rude after just because the taxi charged you..In our description its clearly written..No transportation. So how can we be responsible for it.When we read your whole script.we clearly understand tht yr day started not well with the taxi. And now you want to add our activity/guides responsible for..10years guiding people safe at the waterfalls..And till now they are all super happy and more..And the guides that was with you that day are the best.So clearly dont and wont understand the script after not a bad experience..thank you

Best trip ever!

Best thing to do by far! The scenery is breathtaking amd there is no better way to see it than abseiling off a waterfall.or jumping into a pool!

Wow what an incredible experience we have no words! Still buzzing from it and definitely the highlight of our holiday. Dom and Freddie are a credit to this company as they made us feel very looked after and made the whole experience fun! Wish we could do it again. Highly recommend

What can I say! The best experience ever! We were a group of three including our 12 year old son with no real previous experience. Our two guides were exceptional, so professional and made us feel safe throughout. Songs on the way to ease us in and clear instructions to for us to follow. Tips before going - ensure you have a drink to take in small vessels as they will be carried in small sealable containers and footwear which is good on slippy surfaces. This experience requires some cardio exercise and a little swimming so be prepared for a workout to appreciate the beautiful surroundings and adrenaline highs you will be rewarded with. No need to stop to take photos as the guides also take care of this for you, sending you a link to them following your trip. Along the way there are three/four abseiling drops, swims between drops and a choice to do a cliff jump into the water below. Our son did the jump and loved it, he said this trip was the best ever. After the final drop there is a chance to appreciate the views, have a little snack and drink to reenergise and get ready for the ascent back which will give your legs a workout. Overall this was a fully memorable fantastic and enjoyable experience.

The staff were supper friendly and funny. Instructions were very clear. It was only four of us in the group+2 instructors, so things were smooth ans fast. It was my first time to do such a thing and I enjoyed it. The water was cold in July but refreshing. I enjoyed being in the water. In the end they gave us very nice roties and samosas.

Muy contentos
