Great tour

Fantastic tour guides who helped us reaching the top even at points we found the climb to be very difficult. They provided good information during the hike & clicked pictures for us at the top. The views from the top are stunning.

What an amazing experience!!! I really struggled when we first started and doubted continuing the hike but alan and his team were amazing! Benzo supported me throughout the whole experience and really made me feel I could do it when I was struggling!! Definitely worth the views 👌

This experience is not for the faint at heart, is challenging but in the end completely rewarding. Our guide Alain was phenomenal, attentive, patient, full of local knowledge and engaging. Be prepared for physical activity on this climb and the muscle soreness for days afterwards. Bring lots of water and good shoes. The view at the top is spectacular, also many points along the climb so take a moment to breath and absorb the views. Many other were climbing mountain themselves but we found our guide Alain gave us a more fulfilling and safe experience.

Je n’ai pas pu participer à l’excursion car le transport n’était pas compris dans le tarif contrairement à ce qui était indiqué… il fallait débourser 4000 Rs supplémentaires pour un taxi. Cela rend l’excursion moins intéressante d’un point de vue service et du prix, car la randonnée pouvant s’effectuer en autonomie l’intérêt de cette prestation était surtout la prise en charge à l’hôtel.

Nous comprenons que vous ayez réservé en pensant que le taxi de Port-Louis était inclus, mais cela n’est pas mentionné dans nos informations de réservation. Nous proposons le pick-up uniquement pour les hôtels ou appartements situés à La Gaulette et au Morne, les autres zones ne sont pas incluses. Nous vous avons proposé un tarif avantageux pour le transport. Si vous n’avez pas pu participer à cause de ce malentendu, pourquoi ne pas avoir demandé un remboursement ? Nous vous l’aurions accordé avec plaisir. Nous espérons malgré tout que vous avez apprécié votre séjour et restons à votre disposition.
