I don't know where to start. The organization was bad even by African standards. Guide too late, guests forgotten, turned around halfway and forgotten guests fetched. Do the whole thing several times. On the go argan oil shop (intrusive) and unprofessional. We were literally forced to go to the shop even though we said we were already in one the day before and spent money. After half an eternity at the badly held camels, 10 minutes camel swing. Please don't tip for it. Quads: are in a desolate state. Helmets too large, safety straps partly neither lockable nor adjustable. There were no glasses. Food: Mass handling at its finest - food was good though. Desserts have been forgotten. Fire show was okay. Two stars are awarded because we came home alive. One would do the trick.

Unfortunately, some participants arrived late at the meeting point, so the driver had to return to pick them up in order to make sure everyone could join the experience. The stop at the Argan cooperative is part of the itinerary described in the activity program before booking. However, guests are always free to simply look around or wait outside if they prefer not to enter the shop. Concerning the helmets for the quad bikes, they are provided for safety purposes. Since guests have different head sizes, it is not always possible for every helmet to fit perfectly, but our team always does their best to provide suitable equipment.
