Please wait outside the main entrance of Hotel Islane, located near the Koutoubia Mosque in central Marrakech. The hotel is easily accessible by foot or taxi and recognizable by its large signage and terrace café. Your guide will arrive in a marked air-conditioned minibus and will confirm your name and booking. Be ready at least 5 minutes before departure time and have your e-Voucher or printed voucher ready to show. For any last-minute updates, you’ll receive a WhatsApp or email message the evening before the tour.

We had an amazing time! Early pick up, quick and easy communication with everyone. Fantastic tour guides - Mohamed and Mouad! Scenery is gorg when quad biking. We then rode camels with the team and spent the evening watching a fire show. This is a steal! We’d recommend.

No one showed up. Me and my daughter just waited outside the hotel for an hour and tried calling them. Tried to WhatsApp, no response even phone calls. Ruined our whole day

The experience did not happen. At point of booking the agreed pickup time was 2.30. That then changed to 3.20 (we were informed of this 10min before the arranged 2.30 pickup) and by 4.00 the driver still had not arrived at our hotel. Despite calling the provider several times our calls were ignored . This was after 40 min of being told that the driver was “two Min away”. A driver eventually arrived and refused to confirm whether or not he was from the company providing the excursion. He demanded we “respect” him (despite being 1 hr and 40 min late and ignoring our calls). He raised his voice which was intimidating for two women in a foreign country and kept the door of the vehicle locked refusing to let us enter the van. My partner eventually asked “are we going or are we not?” And he aggressively said “no”, turned on his heel and walked away. Avoid this company, the stress and hassle is not worth it. There are other reputable providers, with more reviews (therefore more experience) and I genuinely wouldn’t risk entering the desert with such a rude and aggressive male in a foreign country. We have requested a refund from Viator.

What a wonderful experience from start to finish made even more special and memorable by our guide mohamedbaddou! Nothing was too much trouble throughout the day and communication from booking to pick up was great even giving us the helpful tip of packing some layers to wear in the evening when the desert gets cooler. The day was nice and relaxed and we enjoyed all elements on route to the desert getting to see how Argan oil is made and had a quick snack of local bread and tea. The camel ride was nice and could tell the camels are looked after which I always like to ensure before partaking. I’m not the most confident quad bike rider but one of the guides sat on my bike and took turns driving with me which I was really grateful for . The Agafay desert is more rocky than sandy terrain. Our group overall throughly enjoyed riding into the sunset. Dinner was served at the camp , excellent local hot cuisine followed by traditional live music and fire show. This really was an a great way to start our Marrakesh holiday. Highly recommend if you can !

Déception.! L’application vente de belle excusions de luxe soit disant avec des photos qui ne correspondent pas alors pour celle que nous avons pris ont n’étaient censé faire 1h de quad / 1h chameau et dîner sur le camp avec spectacle 3h donc le quad ça va un peu près mis à part que de base ça devait être des quad CAM-AM pour les connaisseur donc de bonne qualité la c’était des Kymco lol bref le chameau même pas 20min et le dîner servie mode pique nique sans oublier le spectacle de 3h qui enfaite etait quelque personnel du camp multifonctions qui ont jouer du tambour et chanter pendant 1h a tous casser et même autour du feu il faisait un froid glacial très peu de couverture la moitié des clients sans dont nous justement… après le personnel est simple accueillant mais rien à voir avec ce que le site vend il faudrait mettre à jour votre résumé descriptif ainsi que vos photos…
