Good trip, but beware extra charges

Had a good day, our driver collecting at the time agreed. Biggest issue was that despite being able to select our hotel from the pick-up locations drip down we were contacted the evening prior to our trip (to late to cancel and rebook with another operator) with a demand for €15 as our hotel was outside the city centre - we shouldn’t have been able to book! Left a negative feeling on what was otherwise a good day. Would not use this operator again.

Very friendly driver Yassine who also did some guiding, comfortable vehicle. Long drive to spend only 4 hours in Essaouira though.
