It was a good experience. The guide was attentive. The driver was always available. We visited the main spots and even got some valuable tips. The Majorelle Garden part was a bit rushed.

This was a very pleasant day touring the Marrakech highlights. Hassan was exceptionally helpful throughout the process — from booking to following up on a purchase I made (a large rug that will need to be shipped). We never would have found some of the tucked away gems in the Medina.

But , I would love always to be honest , fair and respectful when I receive a negative review : # Product purchased is 100 % what you have received and more but I love to clarify that you have received the following: 1/ A private knowledgeable English speaking guide graduated from university with 25 years experience and trusted by VIP travellers and travel agencies on other platforms ( Hassan ) . 2/ A private luxurious Vito Mercedes with VIP service ( cold water during the tour + Tea and coffee in 3 different places) with an English speaking driver. 3/ Fast access to Majorelle garden and Bahia Palace thanks to my licence from the ministry of tourism and transport . You have noticed long queues of travellers suffering at the entrance of monuments. 4/ You did not pay any extra fees except your payment which is mentioned clearly on the 100 % trusted Trip Advisor platform: Guide and vehicle with insurance for all risks. We are registered official suppliers for tours which means we get only our fees of service after we pay transport companies , other fees and different government taxes. Finally , no one had forced you to buy our services since you can go alone as you have said to the mentioned sites in the old Medina and new city for a 7 hours walking tour without a guide , vehicle or our fast access 🚶😇. We are at least lucky you have nothing to say about us as tour guides or vehicles quality. Therefore , just ask us to give you the money 💰since it’s expensive for you. Our prices are very fair compared to what I pay for a lower quality service during my visits to Paris. We do care more about the happiness of travellers more than gathering money 🥰 . Please , just connect with us and ask for money and we can do it easily but be always fair and honest. Please , as a French traveller who doesn’t understand or speak English , never book English speaking tours because It was very difficult for you to understand or communicate in English which is I guess the reason why you give to my 5 star service a lower rating . This tour gets you to the City main points including the Medina. The highlight, however is the Majorelle garden and the YSL museum. Beautiful place in the heart of Marrakech. We were advised by the tour company to purchased the ticket in advance and we're glad for that, otherwise it could've been impossible to enter because there was no availability. Thank you very much.

Amazing Tour of Marrakech! A Must Do!

This was an absolutely amazing tour. Hassan was an excellent tour guide who is incredibly knowledgeable about everything in Marrakech and our driver Kareem made getting around the city a breeze. Hassan was very engaging and made the tour super fun. We had trouble with another tour we we taking later in the evening and he managed to get us into the Yves St. Laurent Gardens 15 minutes early to accommodate the problems we had with the other tour company. He was also excellent at taking photos along the way with some amazing backdrops so our memories will be well preserved. He got us into a lovely place for lunch and also accommodated a stop at an ATM at our request. I would wholeheartedly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Marrakech.

We were collected from our hotel and had a fabulous time with our tour guide Rachid in an air conditioned car. Rachid was so helpful and knowledgeable. We learnt a lot about the culture and history of Marrakech. The Majorelle Garden was stunning. Not sure we would have found our way back from the colourful, scentful Souks without Rachid's help! We wouid highly recommend this tour.

Half the day spent with scammy, aggressive shopkeepers

The guide Mustafa is very knowledgeable and friendly and used to be the official guide for many upscale hotels. However, when I paid the $350 price for the day tour I expected to be insulated from any unpleasantries. This was not the case. Although we skipped the line at the historic sites I wanted to visit, we spent half the day visiting “his friends shops” whose owners made me feel very uncomfortable. At two out of the 5 shops we visited, the clerk grabbed my arm as I was making my way to leave demanding that I give them a “final price” or “give me your best price”. One of them followed me down the block and did this in the street which I found to be extremely upsetting especially after I made it very clear I did not intend to buy anything. I had hoped for $350 that the guide would be able to prevent or at least put a stop to this behavior, but he conveniently turned a blind eye in these cases. In the US, this is considered assault but in Morocco it is apparently considered standard business conduct and guides clearly have a deal with these shops and most likely profit from it. I would not return and certainly not pay this kind of money to be subjected to violence.

I’m very happy to know that you have received a VIP Private service during your 1st part of the full day tour in Marrakech : 1/ A luxurious V-Class Mercedes for a full day & free extra time ( 2 hours) . 2/ A Certified guide who is an expert tour guide for La Mamounia hotel , where you were staying. He’s still working there and also in many other upscale resorts . I’m not defending him but I have to clarify that he’s also with more than 30 years of excellent reputation on other online platforms and agencies. 3/A Fast access to monuments and lunch in a highly recommended restaurant that you have enjoyed. 4/ You are also very happy with your purchase of a rug ( price: 600 🇺🇸 dollars ) in a rug store suggested by Mustafa and there was no push at all as you had confirmed to mustapha. 5/ You were also very happy with extra time for free with your guide ( till 6p.m ) and the V-Class Mercedes too . On the other side , as you have mentioned, there was a lot of push from the shopkeepers which made you feel uncomfortable. I have to clarify that the guide Mustafa was himself unhappy and not comfortable at all . These shops are selected by yourself and not by the guide who knows well through experience that they may push anyone and he had advised you that they don’t care about good reputation and future happy customer. This had happened only when you had done all your best to avoid any suggestions by your guide Mustafa who you think may win some commissions. I would like you to understand that you are responsible for any shops you choose and tour guides have no power over the shopkeepers. I wish if you had trusted him to avoid any push. We do not push any travellers during our pure shopping tours and we do care a lot about making our beloved travellers come back and recommend our company to other people. Finally, our company is always selecting only reliable professional drivers and tour guides with excellent reputation. We do care a lot about the happiness of our travellers whatever the cost of the service. Tour guide was lovely, he was knowledgeable and gave us lots of history during our tour. It was a packed tour. There was a lot to see. it was a lot of walking so wear comfortable shoes. The last stop on the tour was the gardens which was fabulous. The only down side was that the guide took us to a rug vendor in the souk. I felt like I had to purchase a rug. It would have been better if the guide asked us what we wanted to see. Other wise it was a wonderful tour. I would highly recommend.

We took a private tour of Marrakech with Abdullah who is a fantastic guide! He has a masters in English and speaks several languages. The history of the Medina and explanation of Moroccan culture is excellent. We covered a lot in a full day tour with a driver for part of it and walking the rest. Abdullah also knows everyone and he trains many other guides in the city and beyond. So we felt lucky. This tour is a must!

Hassan was a wonderful guide, incredibly polite, knowledgeable and kind! We had a great time exploring the city and learning the history of various attractions with him. We had the tour on our first day in Marrakesh, which I would recommend to anyone looking to book this, as you get to have a feel for your surroundings and get recommendations for places to visit later on. We also mentioned a few things we wanted to buy and eat before the tour and Hassan was able to accommodate this during the tour, also helping to negotiate prices. We felt much more comfortable in the Souks and Jema el Fnaa on our own later in the trip because we had already passed through with the guide and knew what to expect, so this was great. The driver was also really nice, we were picked up and dropped off directly outside the hotel and provided with bottles of water throughout. Only thing I would change is to book more time on this tour because it was so good! Thank you Hassan! :)
