What a wonderful experience! We were picked up at our hotel on time and taken for tea and coffee before our balloon ride. Amazing balloon ride with a great pilot. After the ride we had a nice breakfast and then we were taken to the area where we enjoyed a camel ride. I highly recommend this company. Everything was excellent!

Booked / paid - heard nothing from the tour company. Viator were not much use, they told me to book another. Still waiting in cash back. So please, don’t bother.

I cannot recommend this trip enough. We had a fantastic experience throughout. The Hot Air Balloon ride was well organised and it was amazing to see the sun rise. The location for breakfast is lovely and really well presented. The camel ride was fantastic, the guides were brilliant and the camels were really well looked after. We didn’t hear about our pick up time until about 6pm the day before so if you haven’t heard before this don’t panic, they have quite a few guests to organise.

A must do when visiting Marrakech.

Super organized and well planned. They communicated from us from the day before. We had babies with us, they accommodated us to split us up between 2 rides so someone can stay with the babies. So helpful, patient and nice. Super beautiful experience. Photos were amazing. Highly recommend the sunrise ride option (depart at 4:30am) as the view is breathtaking. So worth the money!

Excursions was cancelled last minute (10pm the night before).. Unfortunately, I wasn't in town long so I wasn't able to rebook with another company for another day.. They said it was cancelled due to weather but my travel group had a ballon ride scheduled for that morning as well and their trip wasn't canceled.. Seemed kind of fishy to me.. I will now have to enjoy the experience in another place unfortunately.

The booking was cancelled due to weather conditions . For us safety comes first we will not fly in bad weather conditions. In your paper of booking you can see that flight can be canceled for bad weather conditions we can’t control it and also you can not book with other companies they all cancelled their flight we depend about decision of the airport .

Our experience with the hot air balloon in desert and camel ride has been the best experience we’ve had in our entire life. The captain was very helpful and gave us guide of the location. Secondly the crew was mind blowing as well as very hardworking. They were very kind. The person who served us the tea was very hospitable and professional. The videographers who did our videos also were very helpful and the guy was working very hard and video outcome was wonderful. Also the traditional Moroccan breakfast was soo delicious OMG. U can’t express that feeling. My overall experience was 10/10.

Bella la mongolfiera ma mai visto il deserto ne la gita a cammello. Pagato 175 euro solo per la mongolfiera e niente rimborso per il giro in cammello non fatto. Niente guida in italiano.

C'est un moment magique et unique. Le vol se passe dans la douceur, sans aucun soubresaut et dans le silence. On admiré une palette de couleurs fantastiques lors du lever du soleil sur les montagnes de l'Atlas. L'ensemble du personnel est attentionné et sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est typique et très bon. La promenade en chameau dans la palmeraie est bien encadrée et elle dure assez longtemps.
