Overview
Visit charming villages and rocky beaches, and travel via numerous forms of transportation, on this multi-stop, full-day tour of Mallorca. Set off in the morning from Palma, and travel in the comfort of an air-conditioned coach. Confirm your pick up point. It is very confusing at the port of Parma. We could never find the meeting point with the operator.

Best tour of my life, and I’ve lived quite long. A breathless excursion crisscrossing pristine beaches, primordial mountain and medieval towns. 8 hours simply flew by.

The original return time at the end of the tour was 5:00 PM. The day before the tour, I inquired about the meeting spot. It’s only then that I found out that the actual return time was just past 6:00 PM. Our ship sailed at 6:00, so I had to cancel the tour at the last minute. The tour guide changed the return time. We did not do the tour due to that change.

Very large group. Leader was not friendly. Although advertised in English, leader spoke in 3 languages. Only gave directions about when/where to meet. No interesting facts shared with the group about Mallorca. A young woman sitting at back of bus was vomiting and leader wouldn’t let her move up because “those seated up front paid more” which was not true. Overall I would NOT recommend this tour. Most of the time spent on vehicles when no interesting facts about Mallorca were shared by the leader.

The tour allowed to visit memorable sights on the island, and was well organized. The bus drive through the mountains spectacular. I wish there were a couple more stops just to take more photos of magnificent scenery.

The tour says they will pick up but they do not. We would not be back to the ship if we had to take a cab back to the ship on time and therefore were unable to take the tours. We asked for a refund but the operator said no.

This excursion delivered on the promise of seeing varied scenes on the island, including mountains and sea, while travelling on various modes of transportation (bus, boat, vintage tram, vintage train). However, it should be noted that the bus ride involves a rather treacherous winding road that would not be comfortable for those with fear of heights. And while the boat ride was beautiful, strong waves made for a relatively rough ride, which could be a concern for those subject to motion sickness.

The sites visited were really special and we were happy to experience both coastal and mountain regions...on bus, boat, and amazing train! The pickup and drop off communication and experience was horrible, however. Do better in that area and you'd get a higher rating

We would not recommend this trip
We were told to be at the meeting point at 9.20 coach left at 10 after going from coach to coach asking if it was our tour bus arrived around 9.50 .The first stop was tp a hillside cafe which the tour guide was obviously getting commission from 50 cents to use the toliet unless you purchased from the bar ?which we did around 13 euros, the toliets had no running water to flush or wash our hands and no toliet roll in them either . The second stop to a beach which the boat was not leaving from apparently because the water was too rough (again we feel like the tour guide was getting a fee for we stopped for around an hour and a bit the restaurants were like school dinner food everything cold why bot go to the second beach if they knew ghe water was too choppy here ????? the driver was amazing navigating the tight bends and the veiws were good on to a second beach were we going on a boat trip to get the tram .The boat trip was boring with no interaction or commentary just a basic boat trip to our tram stop 25 min we had to stop so we bought a drink whole we waited tjis would have been a much better destination for our longer stop (but no freebies for the tour guide as it was a busy stop ??? ) We get on the tram again no commentary just a basic tram ride to the train stop (some of the coach party didn't even get seats and had to stand ) then at the train depo another 30 mins wait oh guess what there was a drink and ice cream stall which the tour guide got her water for free on to the train which was mainly through dark tunnels with no sightseeing and at the end our bus all in all 160 euros for two people plus the 75 euros we spend just on a rubbish lunch and drinks could have been better spent I wish we had opted for a different tour were it wasn't just kick backs for the tour guide and yes we did tip the driver as he done an amazing job and not getting the same benefits as the tour guide

Our staff do not get any commission at the technical stops. They are professional guides that organize the itinerary in the more convenient way for our guests, depending on the day. Bathroom breaks are necessary, and we make sure that our travelers have them available. Toilets at the bars and restaurants are only for customers, and they offer their facilities for free when we order something, in Mallorca, and everywhere.

The destinations were amazing, but varying components made the trip uncomfortable.
1. Time was not respected. In general, no problem, but it made talk my bathroom breaks impossible. For example we left an hour late. Later when asked how much time to next destination guide grossly underestimated. For example saying 20 min for 2 hours.
2. Guides translations varied in different languages
3. Driver lacked confidence and experience on road; several people got car sick
4. Guide for in a fight with another guide at beginning of trip.

I would say the description is not how the day turned out. which is understandable, as sometimes things change.
the pick up point is manic, it's the same place that cruise ships drop passengers off, so there are a continuous flow of coaches.
I waited for over an hour for the coach to arrive, but as well as the cruise coaches, other companies offering day trips all pick up from the same place. so you need to be on your toes and keep an eye out for the relevant coach.
we first went for a road trip up the mountains and took on some of the hair pin turns, I loved it! the coach driver was expert level. the views were amazing and a total thrill. coach was comfy enough.
we then arrived at port for our boat trip, we had around 2 hours here, to grab lunch etc, all the restaurants literally served the same food, quite limited on choice and all self serve.
the 'beach' was tiny, and pebbled so very uncomfortable under foot and quite busy.
the guide didn't tell us there was a beach a short walk away, and only discovered this once I was on the boat. there is nothing else here, so it felt like a long time sitting around waiting for the boat.
the boat ride was lovely, again packed with day trippers, but I got a decent seat and managed to enjoy the sun. although it was very hot.
boat arrived in the beautiful port of soller but we had no time to enjoy it at all, we were ushered off the boat, straight to a meeting point to get on the tram.
we boarded the tram, up to the train station in soller town.
we were given an hour to look around soller town, but wasn't as nice as the port.
I then boarded the train, the train ride was fab, great views again in the mountains through tunnels and it was an open train so lots of air, it had been a very hot day, so this was a welcome cool down.
we then got off the train, back on the coach to get back to palma.
overall I had a nice day out, it is a lot of sitting, so if you are expecting to do a lot of walking then you may be disappointed.
I would have preferred to have had lunch/time at the port of soller, honestly looks so beautiful and much more food choice.

The bus trip is spectacular, but I don't recommend it to those with motion sickness. Sa Calobra, torrent of Pareis, very beautiful places. The trip by steamboat, beautiful landscapes. Very short stop in Port de Soller. I would have liked to stop in Soller. The tram ride was ok, but the train ride had nothing special except for the wooden carriages. The guide, Mrs. Vivien, very nice with tourists. All in all a successful trip.

It was not what we expected, the tour didn't follow the itinerary advertised. The tour went in reverse order, there was only one stop for 2 hrs at a small beach, we didn't stop for 30 mins at Soller and didn't go to Inca. We felt rushed the whole time.

It was a really trip excursion to cover the different parts of Mallorca! We were about 15 mins delayed as we couldn’t find the pick up spot and the guide was extremely rude to us but apart from that it was a perfect day spent.

Your overall was great. Was a bit of confusion at the beginning about which bus to get on so I recommend if you’re not getting picked up and meeting at the location spot , call the number on your ticket and give them your name and they can tell you what bus you’re getting on. The trip started off touring the mountains the tour guide was amazing and super knowledgeable. Then we brought to a small port town before getting on the boat with loads of restaurants. Food was decent and the views were unbelievable. I recommend going down to the little beach areas while waiting for the boat, you can even dip your toes in. After bost ride try the gelato in town you will not be disappointed and was a wonderful touch to a sunny day. It really is an all day tour so wear comfortable shoes and bring your sunscreen!

The tour was not what I expected. The free time in soller and port of soller was not long enough. It was 10 min and then 30 minutes. Not enough time to get to explore. Also the first stop at the beach wa ok but could have been reduced to less than 30 then extend the other places.
I would not do the tour again. But if you like the transport part (boat, tram, train) then please do book. But not for the feel of the towns.

We enjoyed all aspects of the trip. 3 highlights were the incredible scenery of the mountain road journey . The boat trip and of course the beautiful tram and Soller train trip . The experience was awesome, Vivian was a great guide. The views from Boat, Tram and Train amazing. Wish we had some time at the port and in Soller. If there is anything negative, I would say group was too large, should limit it to 30 or so, more room on train and tram to take photos.

The winding drive over the mountains was spectacular. The towns were beautiful. However, we didn’t get to spend any time walking around as we were 30 minutes late departing on the tour due to disorganization at the departure spot. The directions were horrible and people had to run up and down the sidewalk asking if each bus was the one they were looking for. We also were 30 minutes late docking after the boat ride due to very rough seas. This was no fault of the tour vendor, but I felt that they should have added on the time for us to explore the town as advertised.

First of all, you scheduled 4 different language on 1 tour, we are constantly trying to listen for English. The tour guide Vivien (Vivi) was horrible!! She maybe a language expert who can speak 4 different languages, she doesn't have ANY PERSONAL SKILLS.
she doesn't allow questions, she shushes us when we are talking. WHOS DOES THAT!!
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.
We had to wait 30 minutes before we were picked up, because the tour company didn't communicate internally, when we finally got on the bus, Vivien blamed us for being late, WTF!!!

To be honest, this tour has been the worst I've been in my life. From the beginning they treat you like you are stupid. Upon arrival 2 minutes late of the scheduled picck up time (08:47am), the tour guide blamed us for the potential delay in the tour. After 20 minutes of continuous stops to pick up some other guests, I asked if we can do a stop to go to the toilet, which the guide dismissed even not listening to the reason I need it to go (I have a medical condition). When we arrived to the meeting point to change buses, I advised again that I really needed to use the bathroom, the guide said that they have a schedule to follow and they cannot stop for toilet breaks. I had to rush to go to the toilet after begging for it. In the end and after yelling and humiliating me infront of all customers for the potential delay of the tour because of me, we departed to the next stop. Both guides had 0 empathy towards my situation and offered no assistance or understanding.
I will never do a tour with this company and I will advise everyone to not use them as the lack of empathy and understanding is too great.

This experience was a little frustrating as it did not start on time when we were told to be at a place, no one was there to greet us, by the time the bus arrived it was almost full already. the bus ended up completely full. We were given no time to explore the town of Soller at all just get off tram and board the train. Then we get dropped off somewhere to board another bus to take us back to the starting point. kind of disappointing.

The weather made the trip more beautiful, excellent tour guide and drive up the mountains, with a boat trip then a tram and train journey, kids throughly enjoyed it, would recommend you book directly with Viator as it is the same others will sell but for more money, easy to book and you get a message the day before to confirm the pick up point, definitely one to book.
