It was a wonderful tour!! Good thing I asked the tour operator for details where, when and time for pick up. Otherwise we would have missed the trip. That would be a recommendation.

The train and tram rides were great. There was a communication issue with the tour company. I picked my pickup hotel from their list, and they never came. When I called I was told my pickup wasn’t on the list but that we could still make the tour if we hurried to the train station. Once at the train station, the tour guide scolded us and insisted that the bus had come for us but that we weren’t there. She was pretty brusque. To their credit, the tour company did problem solve quickly.
The other issue was time. We had about 40 minutes in Soller and about 30 minutes in the Soller Bay area. Better to just book the train and tram from their website. It’s cheaper and you’ll get a lot more time to explore.

The train experience was nice. Unfortunately the tour guide was not good. The timing of the tour was too rushed. If you want too experience and enjoy Port de Soller I would advise you to have your own transportation. I would not recommend this tour or the female guide for future booking.

Bit rushed but we were prepared for that so softened the disappointment of not having much time in Port of Soller and Soller which were both wonderful to see.

The tour was well worth it. Great train ride and guide was very knowledgeable. The problem was communication about pick up. The tour offered pick up at my hotel in Palma so thats what we said we would do. I received an email confirming the time and hotel location. On the day of the tour, they did not show up at our hotel. I had our hotel call the local tour operator and they said they had been trying to reach me to say they would not do hotel pick up. I did not get any messages from them about this. Luckily I was able to reschedule the tour in two days, or I would have lost my money. Viatour should not make promises that the local operator can’t deliver on.

This trip was fantastic! We enjoyed riding the train. It was a wonderful way to experience and see the breathtaking views! I wish that I had known about the "long" tunnel beforehand, just to know it was coming, but I did ok and it was such a cool experience! I would recommend this trip to anyone and I'd definitely go again!

This trip to Soller was really memorable. Fantastic views an the ride by tram and the old open-sided train was wunderful.
Both tje Port and also the town of Soller were really worth visiting.
There was not much time to stroll around because of a tight time schedule but I knew that before the excursion so it did not bother me. I had time to take a quick sim at the beach in Port of Soller and have som really good ice cream. In Soller Town we could walk around the little market in front of the church and through the small charming alleys.
There would be no time sitting down at a restaurant but again I was prepared that time was limited.
The guide whose name was Virginia spoke several languages including Spanish (of course), Italian, French and English fluently. Her German skills did not seem as well but then again most Germans understand English nowadays so I don’t think this should be a problem.
The service was good and i was contacted two days before the trip and informed about the pickup-time at the hotel. The bus was in time and took us to the meeting point where we were to change to a different bus. We got information about the number of the new bus.
On our way back you were given the choice to stay in Palma for the rest of the day and make your way back to your hotel on your own or to go back to your hotel directly after the trip from the meeting point.
So all in all in all it was a wonderful trip. You can always go back to Soller on your own if you would like to spend more time there.

A nice trip with nice views and the lady who was running it was nice, but the company Fun and Tickets wasn't helpful at all. They didn't answer any of my messages regarding my pick up time, and I got laughed at and hung up on when I called. They was late picking me and the other guests up which lead to less time at our stops. A nice trip, but I would recommend booking it with another company rather than Fun and Tickets.

The views from the train and at the port we’re quite spectacular. The village of Sóller was lovely and quaint albeit touristy. Our tour guide seemed relatively knowledgeable about the area and spoke 3 languages. Unfortunately with her particular accent, it was sometimes difficult to understand when she spoke English. Then she was frustrated when she was asked to repeat her instructions. There were a lot of instructions. It might be useful to have them in writing so the guide won’t be upset when asked to repeat them.

Just a tiny bit hurried in both Soller port and town, but this trip is all about the tram and train
The tram is sedate and beautiful, the train is so traditional and the scenery fantastic

We were all very excited about this trip as we had heard great things. First of all we were due to be collected from the hotel at 830 but the bus did not arrive until after 9. There are further delays when we reached Palma in waiting for other transfer passengers to arrive. We arrived in the beautiful setting of Soller Port and were given 8 minutes to explore before we had to be back at the tram. The team journey was beautiful but when we got to Soller we were walked from the tram stop and up the steps to the train where we were given 5 minutes in the platform before we got the train to Bunyola where we meet the bus to take us back to our hotels. The team and train were through beautiful settings but this is the most disappointing tour I have ever been on! It took almost 3 hours by bus from the pick up time given to get to the tram and there was no time to explore. I would not recommend this tour as it is much cheaper and advisable to book the package individually.

We have Pick Up in all the south of the island of Palma, We start at 07:30 hrs to bring all our clients to our metting point for free.
The excursion is one of the most beautiful on the island, but we must adjust to the 8 hours established by the tourist regulations and we have to visit many places on this itinerary.

Super toller Halbstagsausflug. Direkt nach der Buchung wurde man über Whastapp kontaktiert bezüglich wo die Tour beginnt. Man konnte vom Hotel abgeholt werden und wieder zurück gebracht werden. Das ganze war bloß etwas „chaotisch/unübersichtlich.“ Die Tour war super schön, wir hätten nur gerne längeren Aufenthalt in beiden Orten gewünscht. Sonst aufjedenfall weiterzuempfehlen.

Bien organisée, tarif cohérent avec la prestation. 5 nationalités/langues dans le même bus : dommage 😕, la guide n'avait pas de repos et passait donc son temps à expliquer chaque chose dans 5 langues à la suite ce qui devait être fatigant pour elle comme pour nous visiteurs.

Velforberedte kom vi en halv time før afgang til møde punktet i Palma, men ingen af Guiderne kunne/ eller VILLE finde den rigtige bus til os, derfor kom vi IKKE PÅ TUREN - som vi havde GLÆDET os så meget til.
Vi bestiller ALDRIG sådan en tur igen.
Total kaos, både ved afgang - og hjemkomst, hvor de aldrig fandt det sidste par, da de skulle fordeles på busser til de forskellige hoteller 🙈🙈🙈
