The trip was very well organized, from the pickup to the various meet points and our eventual return. The guide Carmen was very professional and accommodating to those that were in need of assistance. She also was very informative, ensuring all announcements and directions were given in multiple languages. The trip itself was beautiful from the train and tram rides, the scenery in-between, and the town of Sóller itself. I highly recommend booking this excursion as it is well worth the time!

Nice days trip to soller on the coach, then a trip on the tram through lovely countryside, then a nice trip on the train back to Palma.

Terrible experience. Promised hotel pickup but gave us vague directions with no address. Even taxi drivers couldn’t figure it out — I was traveling with my husband, my mom, and three young kids, and we all ended up at the wrong place. No guide met us at the station, no signs, nothing. The company then told me it was my problem and refused a refund. Chaotic, unprofessional, not family-friendly at all. We ended up seeing the sites on our own — save your money and about this company

Dear Anne, As already discussed, please kindly note, again, the following relevant points not mentioned in your review: 1. No hotel was provided on your Viator's reservation. We did get in touch with you asking whether your hotel was located and if you'd like to book our pick up service, or you preferred to go directly to departure point. Only one hour prior departure you contacted us informing about your hotel. 2. The mornning of departure you also requested to change the trip to another date. Even though, as stated on the booking conditions, this would incur costs, we offered you to change the date without any fee. 3. One hour before departure, you contacted us informing that you didn't want to change the date anymore, and that you wanted to join the departure originally booked instead. In response to this new request, we proceeded to change your booking again so that you could join the tour starting one hour later. We did provided you with clear indications about the closest pick up point to you hotel. 4. Instead of going to the provided pick up point, you went directly to the train station, and booked the tickets there directly. We still provided you with indications so that you could meet our guide. Both our guide and main office where trying to reach out to you by phone, and by Viator's messaging platform, but our calls were being rejected. We went beyond the call of duty to try to accommodate all your requests. Hence, please do not say that we abandoned you and your 3 children, that's quite far from the truth, and there are written conversations that prove it. Kind regards,

You only go there on train and tram you don’t return on it. Otherwise was a lovely afternoon. Well worth doing

Not the best experience! 30mins or more in leaving Palma. Disorganised at pick up point. We couldn’t hear anything the Tour Guide said due to faulty equipment! Only had 7 mins in Port Soller so only had time for toilet. Didn’t get to see anything. The tram and train were nice. Again very little time in Soller.

L'excursion en elle-même est très sympa. Le gros regret, c'est le peu de temps libre accordé, cela ne donne pas le temps de faire quoi que ce soit, c'est dommage. Celui qui a une voiture de location, il vaut mieux procéder de cette manière pour y passer la journée.

Kaum am Treffpunkt angekommen, wurden wir von einer nervöse Frau, unfreundlicher Art und befehlendem Ton überrollt. Sie war die Reiseleiterin, Viviane... Die Reise war eine totale Hektik. Es gab auch ein Problem mit der deutschen Aussprache der Dame. Nicht egal, ob es 5 Minuten vor 5 oder 5 Minuten nach 5 ist. Ich empfehle, eine Tafel mit dem uhrzeit, um Missverständnisse zu vermeiden. Die Dame bemerkte nicht, dass 6 Personen! weniger waren und ging weiter. Sie hat uns in Soller zurückgelassen. Ich bat die Dame, die die Tramtickets verwaltete, um Hilfe, die Viviane über den Fehler informierte. Ich musste das Problem selbst lösen, von Viviane bekam ich keine Hilfe. Als meine Familie und ich am Hafen ankamen, reagierte Viviane in einem arroganten, schreienden Ton, als ich Sie sagte, dass ich mit Sie nicht zufrieden war. Sie fragte mich fast, warum ich der Dame, die die Tramtickets bediente, sagte, dass Viviane uns dort vergessen hatte. Ja, Ich musste Hilfe finden. Sie hat sich kein einziges Mal entschuldigt. Auf dem Rückweg hat Sie mit dem Busfahrer auf Spanisch über meine Familie gesprochen, was ich sehr respektlos finde. Ich verstehe Spanisch. Die Reise hätte viel schöner sein können, wenn ich sie selbst organisiert hätte. Alles ist privat vorhanden, was Zeit und unnötigen Stress spart.
