Fantastic day activity! One of the most scenic and beautiful hikes in the area. The route is just stunning, the guides are informed and attentive, the whole experience is perfect. Overall the hike is pretty easy, but there are many steps and waking sticks are not allowed.

Awesome multilingual guide. He provided quite a bit of information about the trail's history and surroundings

The actual walk and views were stunning. Sadly we were left underwhelmed with your process. After firstly having a change from midday to 3pm which effected our planned day. The meeting point organisation and size of group, 30 certainly isn’t a small group, there were so many other groups on track slowed the whole event down, there was little information from the guide, at the end we were left to get to pick up or shuttle bus areas. We were not advised that the shuttle was not included. Many others were not impressed that a ticket was required. Had we known what we were going to get for our guided tour we would have just walked independently and not have had to waste our day. You have a very special place here to showcase and sadly we were left not wanting to recommend this to anyone to do a guided tour. Big tick for views

Hello, thank you very much for taking the time to write a review about your experience. We're really sorry to hear the activity didn't met your expectations, nevertheless we would like to point out that the group size is listed on the product's description and in our website. In the name of everyone in the organization I would like to express our deepest apologies for the inconveniences. Kind regards.

No guide for Caminito del Ray showed up at the time set in the ticket (1200).
Took ages to Get in contact with Customer support and they dismissed everything claiming the tour was at 1500 leaving a big Group pretty angry. No support to solve the situation.
. Stay away. The company has a very bad reputation amongst guides. Buy tickets directly instead!

I extend my sincere gratitude to our guide, Antonio, from La Garganta Activa, for his expertise, engaging demeanor, and patience. My three-star rating reflects an issue with Naturanda's scheduling. Despite confirming a 12 pm start time the previous day, I received a 9:45 pm WhatsApp notification of a change to 3:30 pm. On the day of the event, José from Naturanda further adjusted the time to 4:30 pm, explaining that he was coordinating with his boss. While I enjoyed the activity itself, the significant scheduling changes and resulting inconvenience warrant this feedback.

Caminto Del Rey is not to be missed! This is a unique way to take in the Mountain View’s and see some of the natural areas of Spain.
We booked this tour because the guided tours through the park were sold out and we really wanted to see this area. Booking with this tour company may have been a waste of money because the only thing the guide did was meet us in the parking lot and walk us to the park entrance- something we could have figured out on our own.
Use caution when booking as the tour starts at at El Kiosko and parking is nearly impossible to find in that area. We had to walk about 2 km from the car to the meeting point. Additionally the hike is only one way and the tour doesn’t provide transport back to your car. We had to walk a ways from the exit and find a public bus to get us back. A total pain in the butt and unexpected at the end of the hike.

Wonderfull place which you only can see walking. Good change after beaches, historic towns and cathedrals.

Really enjoyed the experience. The walk was spectacular and it was great getting an idea of how and why it was built from our guide. Loved the paths winding around cliff edges.

A great walk along a very narrow and high walkway with deep ravens and spectacular views the guide was very knowledgeable
Petr_V, Apr 2023
We visited Caminito del Rey through Viator. We waited half an hour for the meeting point before the guide took us to enter the valley. Here we waited another hour without explanation before they let us in. All the individual tourists walked in front of us - terrible!!! But then we got a great English guide and the Caminito del Rey was amazing.

The nature and the trip were beautiful, it was only too slow , Evert time stop and bla bla bla , tell the story ans sprak when Youri walking
Andr_N, May 2022
poor tour organization, information, and the worst client support and service ever.
The guide didn't informed us on how everything works, we had to take out information as with a "bottle oppener", we had to pay extra for the bus to take us up to the original point, having payed 45€ for a tour that costs 18€
No problem with companies making money, but because of the bad, bad, service, we felt robbed.
Even on direct contact by phone and whatsapp message, NATURANDA badly informed us of anything, and skiped our questions.

Logistic organisation was terrible. When it is possible to walk the trail on your own, I would advice to do so. The trail itself was amazing and wonderfull.
Response from Host, Apr 2022
I am sorry if the experience did not meet your expectations. We ALWAYS do our utmost to offer the best service. But in high season or during the days before or during the holy week, the affluence of travellers can cause a delay in the development of the day. Thank you
Puk_S, Mar 2022
The trail was beautiful and the guide very nice. But at the end no one told me that i had to take another shuttle bus to go back to my car. Suddenly i was in a bus to sevilla because the group i walked with didn’t only do the trail. All the organisation could do is call a taxi i had to pay myself. I recommend to go there yourself, not with a group tour as it is not very organised for people that only want to walk the trail.

The walk was amazing. Wear a jacket, it was misting and cool in the mountains. Tour leader was informative. We didn’t book bus transportation, but Uber worked ok, if a little stressful.
Peter_M, Nov 2021
The meeting place was wrong. And the information given to us about when We were entering the Caminito del rey was not right. In the besinning We thought We should enter at eleven, but it was pushed forward and in the end it was not until after two hours.
David_R, Nov 2021
Very disorganised, delay getting in (2hrs) and guide never really explained why. Walk is worth doing but would have been better booking an entry ticket without the Viator guide.
Chris_B, Sep 2021
Excellently organised. Chimi the guide brought the whole experience to life. It’s safe and as long as you’re reasonably fit, you’ll love it. Was my wife’s birthday present and what could be more memorable. Great value too. Parking easy by El Kiosco. Bus back simple and €1.55 each.

Was alittle thrown off with change of time the day before our hike. But once we arrived and got started the hike was amazing. Our guide Rachel kept it super fun and entertaining! With it being Holiday time I'm Spain it was pretty busy but was still able to enjoy the hike with my husband and get some amazing photos. Would definitely recommend this trip!
Michelle_S, Jul 2021
Amazing park (although hot). Excellent guide. Very poor directions and instructions in Viator to the meeting point, which was at Kiosko not El Mirador with limited parking. Google maps took us to a random incorrect point in Ardales which was not El Mirador so beware. Recommend confirming the meeting point Viator. Their instructions should also recommend 1.5 L water/pp.

Time shifted by 1:30, we arrived in the middle of the night😵💫, frankly very unhappy , arrived at our car at night

Very good experience, especially since I had not managed to book with a guide in French, we were surprised to have a guide who also spoke French.

Andrs_D, May 2024
