If you get a chance, don’t miss this! The most spectacular experience and views. Our guide, Alejandro, was absolutely incredible- funny and engaging! He told us so many interesting and fun facts. Something to note, once you arrive at the starting point (a bit of a walk but beautiful), you may have to ask around until you find where you need to line up and which group you’re with. I was looking for a marker or a sign but there weren’t any. Make sure you show your ticket to the people working there and they will direct you where to go. Hope you enjoy this memorable experience!

Very interesting history of the area. Beautiful views of the gorge and beyond. The walk is manageable. However there are still approx 800 meters afterwards. Our guide was very good and knowledgeable.

The guided tour is only good if you get a good guide. We had a guide that started off by telling us he "was the worst guide" they had. The views are amazing, you don't really need a guide.

Amazing experience. The views were as great as the website pictures. We felt safe and would recommend to others. Only issue was the parking and where the start was which was a little confusing after you go through the tunnel but we asked people along the way and got there in time. (Leave more time than you think you need).

It was well organised with clear instructions EXCEPT for how to find the meeting point once you arrived at the restaurant. Because the path was shut once you went through the first tunnel (as shown in the instructions) , you needed to walk up the road a bit further and then turn off to get to the North entrance.

The walk is beautiful, especially in good weather. People with the fear of heights might not enjoy it that much though. We did have some problems with downloading our tickets. Since there's hardly any staff to be of assistance at the venues, we ended up doing the tour without a guide.

Instructions were lacking in the actual meeting spot. When leaving we did not realize we had to pay for a shuttle to get back to the car. Guide was informative, but you need to stay close to hear.

A good day out overall. Finding the meeting point is rather vague and they should have emailed directions sooner, probably as soon as I prepaid the tour. I also question the need for wearing the helmets which get uncomfortable after a while. Otherwise, it was an enjoyable afternoon.

Save money and skip the guided tours. Just read up on the history and walk the gorge. The guides are extremely hard to understand mostly because of poor audio pieces provided by the tour guide.

Breath taking hike! Inadequate directions to North Acceso

Great hike! Great heights! Very fun and crazy gorgeous. Our guide was amazing and overall it was a great, very scenic and breathtaking hike. Directions on Google maps are WRONG. Not enough directions on Viator AT ALL. Lots of people were at wrong place. Go towards North Acceso signs, go past El Mirador Restaurant and park at the first parking lot on left after restaurant. You will see a small check in building. Terrible to no good directions on Viator!!

Over crowded. You’ll be walking with between 30 and 100 others. The guide did their best but it’s very very slow, due to so many people trying to get through the bottlenecks such as the wire bridge while taking endless selfies.

Need to be fairly fit as walk to, and especially from the end of the trek, is longer than you think

Omar was a superb guide. The main thing letting the experience down a bit was poor signage about where to go once you arrive to find the assembly and starting points , and poor info on toilet facilities. Finally, the very long walk afterwards to the shuttle bus on a sloping stony terrain took at least 20+ minutes in what turned out to be an unexpectedly very hot sunny day in October (34 degrees) with no shade. We managed alright but others were in physical distress.

Beautiful and historical experience! We enjoyed our guide who was funny and informative. I love hiking but this is not a hike. It’s more of a lovely stroll through an area that use to be incredibly dangerous and they made it very safe for people of all ages and abilities.
