Excellent communication. The guides were very friendly and experienced and took great care to ensure we had a safe and enjoyable day. The group was very large and the ti.e changed to 4pm to suit the majority of the group. But again we received telephone and whattsap messages to ensure communication even though we booked the day before. I would recommend the provider and this activity. We were a family of 4 adults.

We booked the kayak and snorkel tour for 3 adults and 1 child at 4 p.m. on July 15th. However, it didn't happen because they canceled it without notifying us in advance. This was super fun the caves were beautiful and the water was so clear. The only downside was the ticket said they were starting at 0930 but they didn't start handing things out and getting started until 1030. Other than that it was an awesome trip.
