Poor treatment by Happy tours good guide

We were supposed to leave at 8:30 but the bus arrived at 9:05 we were just about to give up and leave the meeting place. Before we tried to get in touch with both Happy tours o Viator no one answered or has returned. According to the driver's/guide's list he arrived just in time so he did not so his fault The tour was ok despite bad weather. The market was, as you would expect, nothing out of the ordinary It sold fruit in vegetables souvenirs and other debris
