    The guide did not show up. Other people were waiting at the meeting point and it was not possible to contact the guide. I tried to request a refund but die not get an answer.

    Paula was very informative and knew alit about the history of Lucca. Unfortunately we booked an English speaking tour but it was half Italian half English which meant a lot of waiting around. Also a large group approx 20-25 people.

E' stata una scelta vincente in quanto la Sig.ra Roberta (se ricordo bene il nome) ci ha accompagnati in giro per la città deliziandoci con la sua storia, non dimenticando aneddoti, trasmettendoci la passione per il suo sapere.
