After we waited nearly an hour, the van never showed up. The rep said that the van was still “far away” and recommended that we take a taxi (which was cheaper, by the way).

I do not agree with your comment since your reservation was at one time and the passengers arrived on different flights at different times You were told that you would be assigned a new car and you did not want to wait. The car was waiting for them for more than 2 hours and the waiting time was 45 minutes. We were waiting for them at the time indicated in the reservation and we do not agree with their ill-intentioned comment.

No AC in the back for travelers. Old van not like the picture showed.

Took 20 minutes to find our rep when landing in Cabo, then an additional 45 minutes waiting for our “private “ van to arrive, totally inexcusable.

Driver was awesome!!! When I booked I requested a van did not get the van ended up with a suburban that was in poor running condition… I was told we would have water and beer on board that was not on board… I was also told we would have Wi-Fi that was not available either… I also sent an email about these problems with no response. Only positive was our driver was awesome

We booked round trip transportation from airport. We waited at least an hour for car at the airport then no one showed up to take us to the airport and customer service left it up to us to figure out. Horrible service and guess what, it’s cheaper to get a taxi at the airport. $65 vs $80 they charge. Never again

We are sorry for the inconveniences on your trip. But your reservation was not for an SUV, it was for a VAN. If you wanted an SUV, you had to pay the difference. This is not bad service, it is what you reserved.

Disappointing experience. We paid premium for the roundtrip transport so we wouldn't have to worry about it. After a long travel day to reach San Jose del Cabo, we were expecting water and beer as we had reserved. The driver simply stated his boss didn't give him any in the morning. Rather than taking the faster bypass to reach the corridor highway, the driver takes us through the heart of San Jose del Cabo during mid-day Saturday traffic taking twice as long to reach our destination. The van seemed to be a personal family mini-van with his child's car seat in the back row with limited ir conditioning capability. I had not received any communication from the service to confirm my Saturday return trip to the airport by Friday Noon, so I called to find out about. I was told my reservation was marked completed and the customer support person could not reach anyone at the local agency or do anything to provide confirmation besides sending an email to them. I requested he include me on that email but never received anything. I did eventually receive a communication asking what time I wanted to be picked up. The same driver and van did return for our trip back to the airport, again, with no beverages. Disappointing because I paid more for a service weI never received.

we do not agree with your comment You were given the unit that you had reserved in your reservation and you were also given the return trip. The reservation only from the airport to the hotel includes complimentary water, so that is all that was offered to you.

We had a terrible experience with our transport. The first issue was that the Viator local operator had seemingly sub-contracted out our transport to another party which caused a lot of anxiety about safety. Not only that, it was 1 hour late, they did not have car seats which we had requested in advance, and once they brought some, they were broken and we could not use them. Any of course none of the amenities mentioned were available.

Too late and too small

The car was 1 1/2 hrs late. We were told it be 15 minutes late, 20 minutes late, another 15 minutes. When it finally arrived, it was nothing more than a van. I booked a large vehicle that would hold up to 10 people and luggage. We were only six but a lot of luggage, and that small van was not appropriate and not what I booked. After much aggravation, complaining and rejecting the small vehicle, your representatives finally got the original size I booked, and the driver was very good.

We ran into a hiccup. We booked round trip service but somehow there were some confusion and I was advised that it was only one way. Waited for 20 minutes for our van. They tried to give us a suburban but that was not big enough for 5 people, luggage and a trip to Frisko. We had to then wait for a van that would meet our needs (what we ordered). Our driver Raul was great… but we had to fight to get what we ordered.

Absolutely terrible!!! The driver never showed up even after multiple texts with no response. Had to take a taxi. Received a text from them 7 hours after our pick up time saying that they were closed for the next 24hrs due to the hurricane that happens the day before. If they communicated to me this prior I would totally understand!! But they did not!
