No star. No shuttle for us. I spoke to the customer service at the airport. No solution!! I requested the money back. No solution.

A little hiccup but quickly resolved

Upon arrival at the airport we proceeded to the area instructed in the email, however there was no one there to pick us up. I called the contact number provided and was told they didn’t have a reservation for us arriving only the departing trip even though I had received emails confirming and instructing us where to meet them. I had also communicated with them via email regarding our delayed flight and was asked to provide our flight number which I did. Despite this error, they sent someone to get us and he arrived just minutes after our call, was extremely pleasant and got us to our resort quickly and safely. We are very grateful for their prompt response. Thank you Martin!
