Service is good, once you find your driver. There’s quite a number of drivers and activities going on as soon as you exit the arrivals terminal. Don’t get sucked into the frontline sales people as soon as you exit Customs inspection area. Just keep walking through it somehow without being stopped or approached for services you may already have (like airport-hotel transfer services). All the drivers are grouped at the far end. Hopefully your name is printed large enough to locate amongst all the other signs held up waiting for their customers.

The name of the company should be provided when booking.
When we got to the airport in Cabo, our plane arrived late and when we went out to the designated area, there was no one to be found with a sign and our name. We had to ask several venders and finally one assisted us and contacted them through the phone number provided and then I received a call and they sent someone to pick us up. It was quite a mess and confusing.
