I'd advise you not to book with them. We never were picked up and the guy from customer service on the phone was so rude. You are better off just picking another company.

DONOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
We stood at the number 10 sign as instructed and waited for over an hour and still no driver. They finally reached out to me and said it was more that 45 minutes and they weren't coming. Had to pay for another ride from the airport. They will not refund our ride or use our credit for a ride back to the airport when we leave. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY AND NO RIDE!!!

We booked airport to hotel transfer for Cabo San Lucas. Reserved a car for up to 5 people with luggage with receipt/voucher shown in review. Even though there was only 3 of us, we had 6 pieces of luggage, including golf clubs. Viator sent a car that would only hold 3 people plus maybe 2 large pieces of luggage in the trunk. Our receipt which I showed the driver, said for up to 5 people. Driver very polite and called to get new car sent. Viator said we only booked for 3 people even though our receipt said up to 5 people. They would send another car for an additional $75. I informed the man on the phone that our receipt was for up to 5 people and the car send would not hold 3 people and luggage. The man was very rude and told me to give him the additional $75 to send a car that I booked or he would not help me. This was by far the worst scam I have ever seen in Mexico...DO NOT USA VIATOR unless you only want to get SCREWED!

Under no circumstances, would I ever recommend this company. We booked, paid in advance, card was charged. When we landed in Cabo, I received the text message which I have screenshot it and attached. It simply told us that they were canceling. There were no cars that we were on our own and we would get our money back. We did not get our money back and we’re left on our own to find a way to our hotel. Absolutely horrific customer experience Zero customer service and a horrible way to be welcomed to this country.

Driver not at airport at scheduled time…many many other drivers there with signs for arriving customers tried to help us… driver showed up 25 min after we got to meeting spot claiming he texted us… my wife got a couple of late texts but no matter… he should have been there and not have us wait in the hot day.
When Iasked where he was and why late he got defensive and kept on telling us he texted us and If I wasn’t happy he would refund our money. Not a great option for a tired family trying to get to out destination.
To top it off he drove erratically to resort with speeding and slowing down… we weren’t sure if he was punishing us for the complaint about his service.
He got us to resort safe so I added a star reluctantly.

Good evening this is manager and owener your driver is the owener of legacy and has nothing but five stars ratings for safety and kindness remember you can reserve and place a flight some flights are delayed yours arrived before and yes he tried to text you thats service customer service! And tried tell you traffic backup and toll toads here in cabo many driver at airport tried to help you because we all work togather and know that many clients get here and complain and things we can not change traffic etc this is everywhere in the world ! And you have the rite to say what you feel and honestly sincerely apologize but my drivers are the best yes we should have refunded you the f it was me as your driver i would cancelled and refunded you on the spot…yyou smashed your wifes foot due to your anger you were coming on vacation but nothing in this world is perfect you as a person adult should know things happen that i . You came upset and my drivers dnt need the extra! Have a great evening god bless please look for another company kind regards

Transportation company is called Legacy Transportation Los Cabo. They cancelled my return trip to airport for no reason and put me in the jam day before the departure. With such short notice, I had to pay lot more for the trip back to airport.

We are very sorry for your situation but if you read the title of this activity it says it is a private transfer from the airport to Cabo Resorts one way, not resort to airport. We do not do transfers to the airport from hotels.

We arrived in Cabo on time and had to wait for our hotel transfer arranged by Viator 56 minutes, Then, we received a notice saying that there were no cards available to take us to the hotel. It took us another 15 minutes to walk far with our luggage and find a taxi. We need a refund for what we paid Viator for the hotel transfer that never came.

the ride was super smooth and I got clear instructions on how to find the driver. TRAVELERS BEWARE: before you even get to the exit, there will be guys hounding you about taxis and how you have to check in with the desk. One guy told us he was with viator (checked my ticket and everything) and told me to go to a whole different section with another driver. Luckily we followed the instructions directly from the company and was able to find our driver who got us to our hotel safely and quickly.

We were picked up in a new SUV with working AC driven to another driver Oscar who was wonderful but the van was much older and the AC didn’t work well at all. We were told by the other driver he was busy with another client in 30 so he was too busy to drive us which made us feel not important enough. Been to Cabo many times and use the private shuttle drive many times and this was the first not great experience

Viator put me in touch with Legacy Transportation, and we ended up using them multiple times during our week in Cabo. Becky, the general manager, happened to be on our first ride, and she seemed like a good boss. She interacted with both us and her driver with personable professionalism, like someone who’s happy when a job is well done, but will let you know when it isn’t.

When friends and I arrived, we walked to # 10 where Legendary services were, the 1st thing the gentleman said to me was, " you missed your ride, you were booked at 3:00. He started to argue with me about a ride that ultimately wasn't mine. He then decided it would behoove him to ask my name, when I said my name was Andrea, he said oh I confused you with a "lakeisha", (I am a black women) and I was offended that instead of asking my name 1st you assumed my identity and then preceded to argue with me. If this provider is used in the future no I would not book again. The driver however Carlos was amazing.

I purchased a voucher for transfer from airport to hotel. Upon our arrival, we waited at the pickup spot according to instructions. After 10 minutes, we asked nearby drivers (who were there waiting for their passengers to arrive) for help. All these other driver were great, trying to help us. One awesome young man even made a couple of calls for us to the company that was supposed to pick us up. Even he was appalled at the lack of customer service; he was not getting a clear answer for the delay. After 45 minutes, our driver finally arrived. When she arrived, she just waved us to follow her, and quickly walked to the vehicle, leaving us all to struggle to keep up with her, lugging our baggage. We loaded our own baggage. The ride to the hotel was fine. However, the driver gave us her business card, urging us to call her when we needed a ride back to the airport at the end of our trip, saying she would give us a discount. Well, at the end of our trip, I called a half dozen times, but it would only go to voicemail. My family ended up just taking a taxi from the hotel. I would NOT recommend this company.

Hello i can say I am the manager and I was your driver that day and on your reservation you never placed a flight or flight number so we couldnt track your flight you are upset because I had a SUBURBAN WITH COLD DRINKS parked were we are suppose to be parked you wanted me to park were taxi drivers are station and that is against airport policys you were waved to since you did not want to go to number 10 I personaly tried to help you with luggage you said your fine I belive in good costermer service and tried to explain and tried to explain and as well offer you a discount out of a kind gesture but you have can choose to use any company you want and I wish you the best.

Legacy provide a great transportation to our hotel on arrival in Cabo even after giving them the wrong flight information they contacted us and arrived quickly. Unfortunately We were unable to utilized them to travel back due to an accident but we were quickly refunded our money and grabbed a taxi.

Absolutely terrible service. The driver never showed up and I was given ZERO notice that my ride would unavailable. After 30 minutes of waiting, I was able to get a hold of the company only to be told that my driver was not coming and a replacement was not being sent. I still have not received my refund. I will be challenging the charges with my credit card company because this is basically fraud. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
