Our initial pick up from the airport was great. Our pickup from the resort back to the airport was awful. The company was over an hour late and we had to catch an international flight. When I reached out to the company they stated that they attempted calling my resort but no one answered. The company did not reach out to me directly even though they had my phone number on of the reservation. I'm not sure why they thought attempting to call and not getting an answer was acceptable. Beyond disappointed because it took 3 phone calls to the company to have someone pick me up. Then they have the nerve to ask if I still wanted them to dispatch a vehicle to pick me up.

Our Driver was excellent but the big problem with this company is their lack of COMMUNICATION. Our plane was delayed which was going to put us late on our pick up time. There’s no effective way to communicate with this company. This needs to be changed.

Ride exceeded our expectation. Nice vehicle (Navigator) with lots of room and comfort. Our drivers were courteous and kept us informed. Wi-Fi on board. Found epic rep easily at location #10 to initiate our ride. We enjoyed a cocktail at the outdoor airport bar while waiting for our ride . Epic rep brought driver to us and introduced him. Return ride from hotel home was just as good!!! Great service!

I booked my car last minute so they didnt have me in their list when I go there. However they were able to find me a car within 10 min I had ordered my beverage at the airport bar my bags were being put into a car and I was on my way!

Just awful, Epic driver Alan was super exhausted or drunk not sure. My date and I were scared for our life, tried to talk to him to keep his eyes open. Company didnt care at airport should have been my first clue. Just a tourist with $$. I get it. Confusing about if I had a return travel from hotel. Tried contacting company and nothing. Don’t reccomenf at all.

We booked private transportation for $166.00 and we’re put into a budget community shuttle that cost $32, which showed up 40 minutes late and had to drop off other people on the way to our destination! This company is a complete scam! Book else we’re or just book the budget transportation on Tripadvisor.

Same problem with alot of shuttle service. No one was there with our name on a board. Found representative but our name was not on the list despite having reconfirmed the day before. Took 20 mins for them to corral a driver for us.

Sergio did an excellent job getting us to our resort. He was friendly and had refreshments for us as well. We will be requesting that he is our driver for our return to the airport when we depart.
