This is the only way to go for transport to your Cabo hotel. The greeting staff was outside the airport. Everything was just organized well. The van was clean and safe. The driver, Edwardo, was polite and helpful. Definitely a good choice.

Disappointing

Had to wait for 45 minutes as the original driver was supposedly stuck in traffic and a new driver had to be located. The airport was empty, we arrived on a plane with 19 people total. There was no traffic anywhere on the way to the Hotel through San Jose.

Los Cabos is experiencing significant growth, we unfortunately only have 1 main highway that connects all of Los Cabos, this is a small highway but because of the rapidly growing Los Cabos population, during peak hours, the traffic we experience is very high. If any incident no matter how small should happen during this hour, hundreds of people are impacted as this is the only road we have to connect everything. We unfortunately experienced said the situation on this day. During the hours of your arrival, traffic is almost none from Airport to Cabo but from Cabo to Airport it is very crowded and on this day it was backed up. This in no way justifies what happened and you are completely in your right to be disappointed, as the product you purchased should have been a very speedy transfer. I have passed this information along to our transportation team and they are working on better anticipating these services we have a fleet of dozens of vehicles and very seldom encounter problems such as this but again in a destination where everything is growing significantly day by day, we are constantly having to adapt to these things. If given the second chance we are confident that we can correct your impression of our company and we can ensure you that this will never happen again. We truly hope you enjoyed your stay in Los Cabos and we are grateful to have you in our beautiful destination!

Perfect Transfer

Arrived in Cabo with my wife & 2 kids. Got past the time share people quick and found my Calypso contact outside. Within 5 mins our private van was there. The van was clean and the driver was great. The transfer could not have gone more perfect. I'd definitely recommend!

I highly recommend this particular Roundtrip Private Airport Transportation. The private vehicles are more expensive however they use the express toll way which is new and much quicker to your hotel. We stayed at the Westin so this was about a 35 minute drive. Both of our drivers were very nice and accomodating. The van appeared to be very new and was very clean. I highly recommend private versus the cheaper shared vans.
