I was excited to see the musical. I had missed it in the US. After arriving to the theater, I had to ask many questions on how to find my seats and we were not given a program that would allow us to follow the acts. The arrangement of the seats were not conducive for short people. Two very tall guests sat in front of me and I could not see the stage without leaning to the side the entire time. When the first half of the performance was over, the audience started to get up and move out. Since I didn’t have a program, I thought the musical was over and left the theater. I found out later that I had missed the rest of the performance and it was just intermission. There should have been more people there to help assist guests.

Loved the show, amazing talent and gorgeous costumes, very happy with the seats we purchased. It is a very old theatre so I was disappointed there was not a coat check to put up our bag and coats during the performance. But other than that, we enjoyed our time watching this spectacular performance!

We had wonderful seat along the middle aisle in row ZE. Perfect for avoiding visual obstructions in order to enjoy the show. Great production values, sound and visuals all well done.

Just buy your tickets directly from Theatre people. You don't even see what seats you get until you've paid. Then they turn out to be rubbish and you can't refund. Not only that, you've paid almost double than what you can actually pay for them directly. They rip you off. The musical itself was great and funny.

This activity does not specify the theater location until the purchase is completed, the play is in 2 theaters in different cities and the supplier does not have changes or refunds, I feel very upset since we lost more than $7,000 on 4 tickets that we bought thinking that the play It was in New York, it turned out that the London theater also offers the same play
