Andy was a pleasant, fantastic tour guide. He spoke clearly and was extremely knowledgeable about everything. He could answer all of our questions. He gave ample time at each location. Oscar was our driver. He was very good at his job.

Our guide, Andy, was very knowledgeable about the various places we visited, explaining the history of each and pointing out details we would have otherwise missed. We're particularly interested in ancient civilizations and found the mud brick pyramid complex at Pachacamac fascinating. A major concert adjacent to Magic Waters, prevented our visiting it, but Andy was aware of the issue when we met him in the morning and recommended visiting Parque del Amor in Miraflores at sunset as an alternative. We had visited the park at mid day on a previous visit to Lima, but it was enchanting during a very colorful sunset.

I highly recommend this tour! I saw so much in one day. Jack was extremely knowledgeable of each site and also the background history of the sites and the area in general. I learned so much on this tour in addition to seeing the sites. Jack is also easygoing so the tour was completely comfortable and relaxed. So if you have a day in Lima and want to get a good tour of the city I highly recommend this tour. It is excellent!

Andrea and her driver were outstanding. This tour was awesome and a great way to see the city of Lima. We visited all the stops advertised and feel it was a really great value for our money. The only thing we did not do was learn how to make the pisco sour, but everything else as advertised was visited. I did 3 tours in Lima and each one was different even though there were overlapping stops. Each tour guide gave a different perspective. I highly recommend this tour especially for those of you who are afraid of the idea of walking around in Lima. Do not be. The city is safer than walking around in the US. The highlight was the water fountain show. It was great, really unique and a great day to end a long day.

We enjoyed the entire tour! It was cool exploring different neighborhoods in Lima. We definitely got more out of Pachacamac by being on a tour. The San Francisco catacombs were a highlight as well as ending with the fountain show.

Well I was looking forward to this trip. But the tour guide never showed up. Which was a bummer. But she sent me an email giving an explanation. She didn’t check her emails on Saturday before a Saturday tour. Silly, but she said I could have called and confirmed after I already received an email about confirmation. Since it was booked in the evening on Friday.
So I never made the tour. That is why I have a bad review. But she also invited me on a tour a day later for free. But I couldn’t attend because I was no longer in Lima.
So I’ll say we were both kinda at fault in the situation. Me for booking so late on a Friday. And her for not double checking emails.
But she definitely went above and beyond to make the situation right after the fact. Which I can appreciate. So I would give her a 5 star rating on customer service.

Andrea and Mr. Pereyra, the driver, were fantastic! This tour covers a lot of ground in Lima but did not feel rushed and provided a wealth of information. Great for solo travelers with a day to see it all.

I highly recommend this tour. It was very informative and we got to see so much in one day. I am not a big fan of museums, but our guide Pamela made it extremely interesting. The history of this country is fascinating. Thanks for a day we will never forget. And a big shout out to Jorge who handles Lima crazy traffic like a pro!

I loved Martha she is a very well informed guide and made me feel really comfortable.
The sites included are comprehensive and definitely the highlights of Lima.
It is a group tour so you are rushed through to stay on schedule (especially with Lima traffic) and can barely feel the vibes of the city but that's expected. I got to see a lot but (personal preference) I would probably just pick one spot to tour and experience that fully rather than rush through.
The tour is great and definitely recommend. Well organized, food was great. Car was comofrtable as well.

It was a wonderful trip to the past. Pamila my tour guide was very friendly, informative and knowledgeable . She explained everything nicely. I was treated as royalty. Lunch was perfect. Timing and schedule was suitable. Our driver Jorjes knew his way around . I really enjoyed the tour and would advise you to take it yourself. Engulfed into history. The last part of your which is the magical fountains was superb.

Andrea our tour guide and Carlos our driver for Lima Mentor showed my husband and I a terrific time. We only had a day in Lima and they met us at our hotel on time. Andrea is very knowledgeable and picked critically important sights. We couldn't believe how many sights we covered. Carlos is so patient and safely drove through crazy traffic.We left with great memories and Andrea and Carlos both kind are the best and professionals in every sense. They even showed us where the restaurant we planned to go for dinner is. Thank you for such memories. Hoping to return to Lima!

So glad I did the 1 day full tour of lima. With the time I had in lima I wouldn't have been able to see all these sites on my own. The tour guide was very good and knowledgeable and was able to answer all of my questions. We stopped off for lunch at a local restaurant and the food was awesome. Overall a very good experience

Andrea, and driver Mr. Roberto, will escort you during this full-day (apx 10 hours) of Pachacamac historic ruins, historic downtown Lima, and the "Circuito Magico Del Agua"! A solid two-hours to explore Pachacamac with knowledge from Andrea; a delicious Peruvian lunch in Barranco; plenty of walking time along Costa Verde, various placios; and San Francisco Convent and Santa Doningo Monastery. Conclude a complete day by walking through the city's Magic Water Circuit, featuring 13 neon-lighted fountains, concluding with a laser-light fountain show highlighting this fabulous city's culture, at approximately 7:15pm. A wonderful introduction to Lima, its culture, history, and Inca and pre-Inca lineage!

Jean Paul was a very friendly, considerate and knowledgeable guide.. with lots of enthusiasm and energy, and we had a great day with him.. he had a considerable knowledge of peruvian history, and the itinerary - including lunch (vegetarian for us - slightly difficult in Peru) was well done..
We could discuss all topics about Peruvian history, and current affairs freely with him, and the car driver was also quite friendly..
We wish Jean Paul well with his work and life. and thank him for a truly informative and enjoyable day!

Guide new the places very well and timed the attraction so that there was time to rest in between.Magic water circuit was the high light of the day.
You may skip the going into the basement of the church if burial site with millions of bones in display is not your cup of tea.

I booked this tour for my first visit to Lima. My tour guide, Andrea, came to the hotel on-time and spoke fluent English. Andrea is very knowledgeable of Lima's history and local culture. However, the deepest impression Ms. Andrea has given me is her dedication to strive for the best customer experience as possible.
At the San Franciscan Church, I asked to stop by a gift shop for some souvenirs, and among them, I purchased a bag of coffee beans from Chanchamayo. After returning to the hotel, I realized that the beans are beyond the date of expiration. I messaged Lima Mentor's Guide, the touring company, just to let them know about the disappointment due to my own negligence. Ms. Andrea went back to Lima City Center, on a Sunday, and purchased a fresh bag of Chanchamayo coffee.
Customer satisfaction is difficult to earn, and Lima Mentor's Guide and Ms. Andrea has proven to go to the extra miles to earn that from their customers. I wish I can give them more than a 5 star review, because Lima Mentor's Guide and Ms. Andrea deserves the best review and appraise for their work and dedication.
I will definitely come back and do this tour with my family, with Ms. Andrea and Lima Mentor's Guide.

Very friendly and informative guide. Excellent and Best Tour we had in Lima. Perfectly timed with pick up, water circuit show and drop off. Must do this tour!!! If you are located in Lima city center expect to pay an additional $30.00 American dollars if you want to get picked up/dropped off there.

I had an amazing day with the wonderful Andrea! I was the only one on the tour so I had a personal guide. Andrea is very knowledgeable and has lots of interesting things to say. Pachacamac is incredible and lunch was in a lovely Peruvian restaurant in Barranco. I cannot recommend this day highly enough.

Wir hatten mit Martha eine sehr sympathische und kompetente Führerin, die sich in Pachakamac und dem Historischen Bezirk von Lima bestens auskannte. Wir erhielten interessante Informationen und Eindrücke zur Geschichte, Kultur und gegenwärtigen Situation in Peru. Der Abschluss bildete die beeindruckende Show im Aquapark. Absolut empfehlenswert!
Ein herzlicher Dank gilt auch Viator in Lima. Durch ein Versehen war es zu einer Reservation dieser Tour an 2 verschiedenen Tagen gekommen. Wir wurden von einer Mitarbeiterin von Viator darauf hingewiesen. Die kurzfristige Stornierung der nicht benötigten Tour war kein Problem.
