    Asked to pay for not being able to get it

    I don’t understand why yesterday was holiday, but we were not told some sites were closed when was booking? Doesn’t it mean we were asked to pay something which was known by you that we were not able to get it? Also I wish the guide would be able to introduce a bit the sites visiting, and communicate clearly upfront of the routes.

Unfortunately, on the day tour there was a Peruvian Event happening, which resulted in some public sites being closed in the same day and hardly to forecast. These closures are beyond our control, and sometimes the official announcements are made very close to the date or in the same day, making it difficult to anticipate them at the moment of booking. Regarding your comments about the guide’s explanations and communication, we take this observation very seriously. Our goal is always to provide not only access to the sites, but also meaningful information and clear guidance throughout the journey. We will be reinforcing this with our team to ensure better clarity and engagement in future services.
