Friendly driver understanding and patient. This was for my parents who are older and picky however they had no issues with the driver or the service. The driver in fact arrived 15 minutes earlier and was patiently waiting. Service was excellent.

The car never arrived. On the phone I was told that the car had broken down and that he would send me an email allowing me to submit my taxi receipt for a refund. I have not received that email. I suspect this is a scam.

Our driver was communicative and waiting for us on arrival at the Lima airport. He chatted with us during our drive to our hotel in Miraflores giving us suggestions of things to do and places to see within the city. I recommend this car service for anyone who needs a ride to/from the airport.

This was a perfect way to begin our trip to Peru! The driver met us at customs, with our name sign, and quickly escorted us out to his very comfortable vehicle. He navigated the terrible Lima traffic with great skill, and got us to our lodging fast. I am so glad I opted for this instead of any ride sharing or simple on-demand ride service. After hours and hours of travel, it was nice to have a little pampering and quiet. Well done!

Paid $37 for two of us. Probably double what an Uber would have cost but this was SO easy. Communicated with us over WhatsApp prior to our departure. Held up a sign with our names upon leaving the terminal. Quick safe and easy!

Excellent communication with WhatsApp. We had to change the pick up time within 48 hours from 8am to 7am to the airport from Miraflores, Lima to airport. My tour manager suggested 4 hours prior flight. I think 3 hours prior to the flight will work. It took us about one hour to the airport. There was heavy traffic at some area of the road. The driver was professional and the SUV was nice. We will use them again.
