We will reach the cycle path of the Apulian Aqueduct along authentic tratturi and at the end of the tour a typical stop in a beautiful district always in the heart of the Itria Valley with tasting of local dishes (orecchiette, friselle, mozzarella accompanied by a good glass of wine). Visit of a traditional farm dating back to 1800, where, from 5 generation, different kind of cheese have been produced from the milk milked by its own grazing cows. It is possible to see the whole production process, from the manual milking of the “Frisona” cows to the cheese tasting.
