Lidia provided a very authentic multi-course meal. Way more than we expected. However, her son did the translation which was a little weak; so long as you’re prepared for that, it was worth it. Whenever I asked her how to prepare one of the many sidedishes, she immediately demonstrated. Lidia was a professional chef. Expect other family members and/or friend to pop in.

Nonna Lidia and her grand daughter Gaia really Made an effort to welcome us, almost making us feel part of their daily life and their family. We thought we were going to make pasta and tiramisu, but ended up with so much more - next to that, we ended up sharing an entire meal with Nonna Lidia and her family. The food was awesome, everything you think of when thinking of an Italian grandmother teaching you to cook! This was truly amazing and an experience we will never forget!
