Our guide Helena works at the local university; her expertise is in medieval history. When I was an undergrad, I remember going on field trips with my professors, who could answer almost any question and give you as much detail as you wanted on any topic relating to their expertise. This was like that, because she literally is the professor. Yet, she was down to earth and accesible. I highly recommend this tour.

Amazing trip, the guide was really knowledgeable, made everyone feel included in the history and the group. She told us many cool facts and made history interesting and fun. The only thing I didn't like was single use headphones, I rather share overhead headphones than polluting the planet.

A good quick tour of the highlights of Wawel castle.The guide moved and spoke very fast and made it challenging at times to understand what she was talking about, but given the time crunch it’s understandable. She did answer questions and was extremely knowledgeable. If you want to see more recommend a half day tour

This was probably the best tour we did in Krakow. Our guide, Eva, was extremely knowledgeable about the castle and the Cathedral, but kept it light and entertaining. Her obvious knowledge of Polish history was a real plus. But her personality was the topper - an extremely relatable and nice person who didn't perceive questions as an interruption to her job- she welcomed them and made the experience that much more enjoyable.

We did the Wawel Castle & Cathedral walking tour with Anna on Tuesday 12th March. Anna was brilliant - talking constantly in excellent English through the streets and into the amazing Cathedral. Up into the bell tower and down into the crypt - then on to the Staterooms where we learned about the famous Mustaches 1, 2 & 3 !! An excellent tour, superb guide & 100% value for money.

i chose this tour as one of the reviews specifically mentioned the guide arranging access to the lift at wawel castle for a guest with mobility issues. eva , the guide, was simply brilliant- informative and so knowledgeable and she made it so interesting. the tour itself included castle, cathedral and crypts inside cathedral. the walking was a sensible pace and eva did arrange the lift which was most appreciated. would definitely recommend

Loved the guided walk through the cathedral & it’s crypts & the visit to the staterooms was a pleasant experience too. Guide & staff were really helpful in overcoming mobility issues & the lift in the castle was a real bonus, but one you need to ask for access to.

We hadn't found the meeting point immediately and therefore wandered around. There are not many German tours and that's why we had one in English. That was our mistake. Our spokeswoman was nice and competent. But it was exhausting all the time to focus on English.
