We did the 2 hour tour. Our guide, Arthur gave us a thorough tour of the old town, and shared many insights into the history of the city. Plus the Segways are a blast to ride. Would highly recommend!

Excellent tour with Arthur. Segway tours are always fun combined with loads of information. Segway’s are so easy to ride and you cover so much ground in 120 minutes. Arthur kept it at a good pace and really interesting. What’s not to like great value tour if krakow old town, and all off road so very safe.

Cannot recommend this activity enough! We were all initially a bit nervous having never been on a Segway before, but we soon got the hang of it. Our guide, Artur, was a fantastic tutor and host, taking us to all the key points of interest around the Old Town. He was so informative and told us lots of facts and history we would not of otherwise known. This is such a fun way to have a tour around and get your bearings of the area. Highly recommend and thank you again Artur! 😃

The tour was interesting, we went in the evening and had a great time.
The lack of high vis jackets and lights when it was so dark was concerning. The tour guide could have taken more care to check we were all still together considering the weather and time of day.
Other thank this it was a great experience and would recommend.

Fantastic tour. Arthur knows his stuff and was very helpful. We swapped from Segways to scooters and had lots of fun on them. Krakow is beautiful and steeped in history which Arthur explained in perfect English. Highly recommend Tour.

The Segway tour around Kraków was most enjoyable. Our guide, Arthur, instructed us patiently and competently on using the vehicles, as well as watching out for our safety on the tour. We learned a lot about Kraków’s history from his narration as well. He is an excellent tour guide.

We did the 120-minute segway tour. It was very interesting and good fun. The only reason we've not scored 5 stars is because, at times, we couldn't hear the commentary due to traffic noise and noise from other people. We felt that if the tour included the use of a headset for the commentary, it would have been better and would have scored 5 stars. That said, the guide was a very pleasant man and laughed at one of our questions about the shape if something near the main gate to the old town.

We opted for the small group tour and there was just our group of 4 and Arthur the tour guide. He made our Segway experience fun and informative, we spent two hours travelling around the centre of Krakow, learning about some of the history and sights of the city, which we wouldn’t have known about without Arthur. We had an initial tutorial to ensure we all felt comfortable on the Segway before setting off. He. We stopped for a short break outside Wawel castle which was beautiful. Highly recommend.

An amazingly detailed tour of the city in a very fun way. We booked the small party tour and it was only the 2 of us with our guide. We had never used Segways before, but after a short introduction and a ride up to the old town square we were quickly comfortable on them. Our guide was very enthusiastic and extremely knowledgable and guided us around the old town square and around the permitter of the castle. He was so friendly and knowledgable that if we ever make it back to Krakow I'd hope to do another tour with him.

If you are looking for a history tour of the old town area, this is a great option. My two teen boys and I were looking for more of an orientation tour of the old town area. Fun on the segways, but very cold in December 🤣
