Dominik was an excellent guide. He’s polish, but grew up in the UK so his English was perfect. My 12 year old son had a blast navigating the streets of Krakow on a scooter and picked up some history too. Dominik texted when the tour was over with all kind of food recommendations. It was a perfect day.

Booked online Saturday for Sunday. Operator did not show up or reply to messages or calls until 3 hours later, then did call and apologise and arranged a swift refund. They had not noticed my last minute booking which reached them by email but wasn't seen in time. Book early not at the last minute.

My son (22) and I had a fantastic time on this tour. Our guide was Sabrina and she took us to 3 different districts of Krakow. The e-scooters were great fun, easy to use and ensured we covered lots of distance whilst seeing lots of different sites. Sabrina was excellent. What she doesn’t know about Krakow isn’t worth knowing. A great experience that you won’t regret. Get it booked - it’s excellent.

By Far the Best Way to See the City

We had a little issue with rain the day of our scheduled tour, but they happily worked around the issue and were able to fit us in when it was a bit dryer. It was very important to us since our stop in Krakow was short. The tour itself has got to be, by far, the best way to see a great deal of the city. I had never done a scooter tour before but it allowed us to see so much more than a typical walking tour. Our tour guide was fantastic, as well. His English was perfect and he was extremely knowledgeable about the city. My wife and I both had an amazing time and learned a ton about the history of the city.

Wow! What an amazing experience! I went on the scooter tour with my 20 year old son and it was one of the best parts of our trip. So much fun! Dom was so knowledgeable on the history of Krakow, there wasn’t anything that he didn’t know. The detail that he went into was incredible. During the tour Dom was able to give great recommendations on places to eat and visit, so would highly recommend that you do this tour at the beginning of your trip. We would give 10 stars if we could. Thank you again Dom, great to meet you!

The best city tour I’ve ever done! Sabina, our guide, was fabulous. What she doesn’t know isn’t worth knowing! A wonderful fun, educational way or seeing the city and learning about its culture and history. Great tips for places to eat and visit too, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

We had great fun and learned so much with thanks to Dom. E scooters are a great way to see large areas whilst giving your feet a well earned rest which is never a bad thing. Anyone can do it if I can believe me and you will come away sith a big smile on your face, lots of recommendations about how to spend your time in Krakow and a really good understanding about why a visit to this city really is a must.

Unfortunately I can’t give zero stars. I arrived to the meeting point 10 minutes early, waited for around 30 minutes and checked surrounding areas to see if I could see anyone and no one showed up! Very disappointing. Thankfully my refund has already been approved by Viator!

Why didn’t you give us a call? We actually were the ones that initiated the refund and not viator, we would never want any money from someone that didn’t participate in our tour. Booked after a fair bit of research, and it totally paid off. Electric scooters are an excellent way of getting around Kraçow and making the most of your tour time. Sabina was extremely knowledgeable and answered all the questions we bombarded her with. We never felt rushed and received excellent tips on where to visit, eat and drink. Can’t recommend this trip high enough, book for early in your visit to make the most of your time in Kraçow Excellent tour enhanced by Sabrina’s guiding skills. Superb The only low point was me mixing up my currency, and although not prompted in any way, only leaving a tip that was nowhere near what the tour warranted, sorry Sabina.

Nice and knowledgeable guide. We enjoyed our tour around town! The guide was very kind and talkative, and showed us all the nice places, that locals enjoy (to avoid tourist traps). I recommend taking the tour as one of the first things when you arrive, as it will give you a good base to navigate around the city, and during the tour you'll see many places that you'll want to visit by yourself later.

An excellent way to see the city. Our Guide Sabina was superb and extremely knowledgeable about in the space of three hours we knew so much about Krakow. Besides gaining the history and knowledge it was a fun way to get around and we saw far more than we would on any walking tour. Highly recommnded!
