Great guide. Tour coordination could be better.

Our guide was Marcin was very informative and well studied. Walking around Krakow was a pleasure. But they changed the program twice after my booking. They preponed the tour by 20 mins and also didn’t do the sweet factory, saying that it was shut. Also, until the last moment I didn’t know that it was a walking tour, though I kept messaging the operator. And so one of my family had to drop out coz she couldn’t walk that long. And we obviously lost the money
