Poorly described adventure

Description of tour guide is vague. What the audio actually is is an app you need to download and then enter a code provided by the tour then log after logging onto the ship WiFi. We didn’t know that in advance and it certainly wasn’t clear. I tried to contact tour operator in advance but got no response. Audio guide was fairly good but by the time we got on it was describing buildings etc that we were not currently by on the ship. Shop was good very comfortable. Cruise was nice just could have been a lot better. Visitor description was poor need to research yourself before purchasing
