Never knew that leaving two half empty cups is considered enough for reserving the window table the entire trip here. I mean how do you even drink from that cup after leaving the scene to smoke downstairs while on a crowded tourist boat? A weak manager/ staff adds insult to injury considering that no personal items were left on the table ( jackets, hats, bags etc) by the couple who went for a smoke. On the staff judgement, I had to give the table back to them for no reason at all!

Listing states that the cruise starts at 5 PM. I arrived at 4:51 PM then walked up and down the pier at least 3 times to find the boat. After 30 minutes I contacted Viator support and the tour guide. They stated that they changed the time to 4:30 PM. I checked the app, email and text messages and was never contacted about this change. Be careful booking with this company!

It was a very nice and relaxing cruise. The sites and views were very beautiful. The only negative was that the audio guide was a bit behind in describing what we were seeing.

I felt like we were crammed onto the second floor sitting at tables. The bottom floor of the boat was not available; it was set up for dinner cruise. It was really cold. You could not hear anything due to how loud it was with all the people on board. The staff was not very friendly. You received small cups of lemonade, tea, water, and coffee. The price is reasonable; however it is far away from town.

Arrived day 1 during sunset and booked the sunset tour the day after for the view. Great experience, we opted for the drinks option which included several rounds of tea/coffee, a lemon soda and some water.

We made sure to be one of the first people on the boat but we were seated in the center of the boat and did not have great views, since they assigned tables at check-in. We were served food more than halfway through the trip after asking multiple servers and everyone else had been served. I think we might have had a better time if we didn't get the snack package and was able to choose from the free seating at the front of the boat.

Really good tour and great price. Highly recommend sitting on the left. Sit around the middle because if you’re too far back it’s hard to hear the guide. Got tea and sprite as expected. Boat was clean and staff were very friendly.

If you are comfortable with 250+ people crowding the deck to take sunset pics, this tour will suit you. We went on a weekend and it was crowded with too many chairs placed on side of deck meant was walking. The servers did their best to serve us cold drinks and snacks. The roll served was too oily. If you prefer a smaller crowd and a bit of privacy, this tour is not for you.

Great experience! The ship was very large and comfortable. For the duration of the cruise (about 2 hours) we were served coffee, water and coke. Cruise is a must-see experience in Istanbul. Absolutely recommended!!!!
