The cruise was subpar, at best. The speakers were not working so we had no real idea what we were looking at. The music that would come on here & there through crackling speakers was 1950’s American (odd choice was the opinion by all on board). The snacks given were fine. The transport & driver to and from the hotel was lovely, which was why I gave it a rating of two stars.

I booked thinking that hotel pickup was included, I even selected my hotel before booking. Last minute I was told my hotel was not included i ended up having to pay for a two cabs and two ferry rides which made the whole trip really expensive. Also you couldn’t hear the tour guide throughout the boat.

River Cruise experience around December

We were picked up an hour and a half a head of schedule and had to wait for the boat to arrive at 4:30 pm under a rainy day. Unfortunately, they had no proper waiting area around the dock and we were freezing cold. The usher was very friendly and assisted us to the boat when it arrived. We were seated on the top deck and had a great view while the tour guide pointed out some historical sites. We were served with Turkish tea, cookies, nuts and fruits. It would great if they improved more on the cleanliness especially with the lavatory (it was really dirty).

This could have been a a truly fun time… But the pick up service and return to my hotel service was absolutely horrific if you book this tour do not use their pick up and drop off service. Don’t have enough space here to get into it … the boat was not what I expected. Very rundown. The captain smoked the entire time, so if you were cold, it was hard to sit in the cabin… The staff were very nice on the boat and offered us blankets as it got a little cold… and the sunset views were beautiful. The price is right for what you received. I would do this trip again, but not with this company because of the pick up and drop off being so horrible. I booked it as it was described as a yacht… Doesn’t look like any yacht of ever seen.

We had a great time. Coordinating with transfer time was a bit tricky though. Transfer people and tour people are 2 different groups. There was no clear information or instructions on pick up time and tour time. But glad we did that tour. What a spectacular sunset experience !!

Tanner and Denis were THE BEST! We had such a great time on the boat and there were so many sights to see. Tanner was an amazing guide and was extremely knowledgeable. They said we could lay on the sun deck and it was amazing!!!!! I honestly can’t say how happy we were that we got this trip. So just book it now and stop looking at all the others like we did for weeks. THIS WAS THE BEST “touristy” thing we did on our entire trip! Thank you!

Taner and the team were exceptional. We originally had the cruise booked for Thursday but due to getting stuck in traffic we missed the start time, Taner was beyond helpful in working with me to re-arrange and ensure we still got to do the cruise. He also offered guidance and ideas for other activities and restaurants for the rest of our trip. The cruise was great - the boat was small and personable enough for you to really enjoy the experience and it meant everyone could hear/see everything (we were also super lucky and got to see dolphins). Included was tea, water and snacks and we couldn’t believe just how much you got - the variety was huge (nuts, cakes, baklava, fresh fruit all on different platters). It was also great that Taner took the time to tell you what you were seeing on either side of the Bosphorus so it made it a really interesting couple of hours. It was my parents 49th wedding anniversary and I had mentioned it in passing to Taner when we were rearranging and he organised a cake for them as a surprise, which was very thoughtful and made the whole experience even more special

We just got back from our sunset cruise and it was awesome! 100% recommended! Awesome crew, our tour guide Taner was very informative on all the sightseeing and very funny too! The service included pick up from our hotel and the van was super luxurious, the yacht is extremely nice and fancy; snacks and drinks were all delicious.. you can also purchase beer! The crew will provide you with blankets and are very attentive at all times. Can’t say enough of this cruise… but it was a breathtaking experience. Thank you to Taner and the whole crew for providing this wonderful top notch service! Acabamos de regresar del sunset cruise y no tengo palabras para describirlo lo fabuloso! Lo recomiendo al 100%! Super buen equipo y nuestro guía Taner muy informativo en todos los sitios y aparte super buena onda y gracioso! Pasaron por nosotros al hotel en una camioneta súper lujosa! El yacht está súper moderno y lujoso y los snacks y bebidas super deliciosas.. también se puede comprar cervezas. Te prestan cobijas porque si hace mucho frío por el viento. 1. Con los traslados contratados, no vinieron a buscarme y tuve yo que desplazarme hasta el punto de partida. En ningún momento se disculparon y tampoco me comensaron. 3. Muy mala organización, nos pasaban de un barco a otro y el guía que nos tocó encima no nos encontraba en la lista. 2. Para rematar, contrato un paseo con guía en ESPAÑOL y todo es TOTALMENTE en inglés. No repetiría con vosotros ningún tour.

Super expérience sur le Bosphore ! La vue est exceptionnelle, le nombre de bateaux sur cette portion du fleuve est impressionnante, le guide était super dynamique et la croisière était instructive tout en étant agréable ! Des collations ainsi que de l'eau et du thé ont été offerts à bord. Qualité prix c'est certainement la meilleure activité que nous ayons fait lors de notre séjour à Istanbul ! Nous la recommandons fortement !

Lo negativo: contratamos con guía en español y no hubo. Todo en inglés. Tampoco hubo traslados. Baño no muy limpio. Lo demás se cumplió todo: horarios, recorrido, snack. La navegación es hermosa.
