We did the sunset tour and had a wonderful evening. We appreciated the small size, which meant there was plenty of space to sit and watch the beautiful scenery. Tugba, our guide was very helpful and offered to take pictures with good backgrounds. The refreshments were good. All in all, we would recommend this tour.

It wasn't helped by the weather, but the audio didn't work off line, the crew paid no attention to the passengers, except tgexwoman giving out blankets and puttingdown snacks. The captain was talking on the phone to what sounded like his kids the whole time. The mate sat by the captain and chatted on his phone too.
Didn't get amy info about where we were or what we were seeing. Waste of money and time.

The cruise itself was nice. There is no guide/narration included so if you are looking for that, you won’t get it here. The staff was nice and the weather/scenery was beautiful. If you take this tour, be careful on the busy trams to/from as we were pickpocketed after the cruise. If walking to the cruise meetup spot, stay along the waterfront because one block over is pretty sketchy.

Istanbul’s skyline never looked more magical than from the deck of our sunset boat tour down the Bosphorus Strait. As the city’s minarets and palaces glowed in golden light, the gentle waves carried us between continents—Europe on one side, Asia on the other. It was breathtaking.
What truly elevated the experience, though, was our hostess Tuğba. She was incredibly attentive, striking the perfect balance between professionalism and warmth. From the moment we boarded, she made sure everyone felt welcome and comfortable. Whether it was offering blankets as the evening breeze picked up or volunteering to take photos for us, her presence added a personal touch that made the tour feel intimate and special.
Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Istanbul. The views are unforgettable, and if you're lucky enough to have the same hostess (Tuğba), you're in for a truly memorable evening.

Lovely boat trip on the Bosporus - one hour north and another south with great sunset views. Excellent crew and nice snacks (great fruit and nuts … pizza was a bit so-so). No guide or explanation of the sites as far as I could tell although it didn’t really matter a whole lot.

We really enjoyed our boat ride and the fruits that were offered in the boat. Our tour guide Tugba was hospitable. The ride was quiet with no loud music. We didn’t realize the Audio tour option until a passenger told us. It would be nice if the guide reminded everyone before departure as we have been running around the city and didn’t have time to review details in advance.

Tubga was our liaison. She was very nice, brought second servings of tea & mixed nuts, handed out blankets as the sun went down and passengers got chilly. She was very attentive. The trip was 2 hours. It comes with an app to download that describes the surrounding buildings (so no person on the boat announcing information). Some folks disliked this but I found it helpful to reduce the noise and can be done at my own pace.
The snacks were delicious. Fresh strawberries, cherries, pears, and green apples. The mini pizzas were approximately 3 inches in diameter, and were definitely mini, but tasty.
There is also a bathroom onboard the boat. I would say this trip is not wheelchair friendly or those that have extreme difficulty walking.
When it comes to finding the meeting point, the tour communicated to me via WhatsApp with screenshots and a Google maps pinpoint location, which was very accurate. I had no problems finding the location.
Overall, I liked the two hour boat ride, enjoyed the sunset views of Bosporus strait, and seeing the beautiful buildings. I would 10 out of 10 recommend again. I felt the price was fair for the quality of the experience.

We have such a great time on the boat. It was a nice sunny day with cold wind. You get to see the beautiful Istanbul from the water, a different perspective.

I thinknall tours follow the same course, so this review is more about the boat and staff. First, the pre tour communication was good but the meeting place is not marked. There is no permanent location for pick up as all the other boats have. Getting on and off the boat is treacherous as you must use a rickety moving staircase. Any person with mobility issues should not join this tour.
The boat itself is rather dump. The toilet was filthy and you could smell it before you even boarded.
No safety talk was given and live vest location was not indicated.
The other parts of the boat are fairly run down as well. Torn table cloth, dirty ashtray (smoking should not be permitted) and rubbish left around.
The young woman who attended guests was very nice and helpful. The greeting staff were pleasant as well.
Unfortunately, I can only recommend this tour for extreme budget seekers and then only if safety issues are addressed.

• Our listing clearly states that this tour is not suitable for guests with mobility limitations, as boarding is via a floating dock with stairs, which is standard in many marinas across Istanbul.
• The odor you mentioned may have come from the nearby Golden Horn (Haliç), especially depending on wind and tide conditions — it was not from the yacht’s restroom, which is regularly cleaned and maintained.
• Smoking is only permitted in designated open areas on the sides of the yacht, as allowed by port authority regulations and Turkish law.
• We appreciate your note regarding the condition of some onboard items. Your comments have been shared with our team, and we will ensure further attention to these details to maintain our standards.

It was a very pleasant experience to enjoy the view of Istanbul form the water. We did the cruise at sunset so we were able to take lots of picture with the perfect light that only sunset can give you, We loved it!

Overall a decent experience... did take 30 minutes once we hit the outside and checked-in despite saying it will be about 10 minutes.. but driver was nice and got to place safely.

The weather was horrible, and we thought at least the people in the yacht would give an explanation about the landmarks we were driving by. We had to ask them to do so.

Thank you for your feedback.
Our yacht does not include a live guide, as stated in the tour information. For this reason, we provide an audio guide application that you can use on your phone. It works automatically and provides information about the landmarks along the route.
Unfortunately, weather conditions are beyond our control, but we did everything possible to ensure your comfort, including offering blankets and raincoats on board.
It’s a pity that the weather led to a lower rating, but we hope you still had a pleasant experience on the tour despite the circumstances.

Great 2-hr cruise! Snacks and tea provided were great! Tugba was one of the people who assisted us and she was very helpful and always made sure we had tea or blankets. I’d highly recommend this small-group tour!

Small group, we had the luck of being pretty much by ourselves at the front of the boat.l, so it was almost like a private tour. Clean boat, friendly and polite staff, their English was great, and they didn’t skimp on the snacks. For the money it’s the best you can get in Istanbul.
