Like the only other reviewer, despite booking, paying and receiving my ticket from Viator, when I got to the meeting point the boat company had no record of my booking. They eventually gave up looking for my name but let me on the trip anyway. The boat was very crowded and the commentary inaudible, so the trip wasn’t as good as I’d hoped.

Maybe Viator is a scam... not sure

There is something fishy about Viator. I paid. I got an email and my ticket. I got a message from someone at Viator (or the tour company). I told them I don't have internet so I can't get any other messages or phone call, but I gave him a description of me so when I show up he can see me. Nothing and no one was waiting for me when I got to the site. I showed them the email I got from the person and they were not sure what to say... (I think they could see my frustration and didn't want to make it any worse) I had to talk to the people running the tour. My name was not on the list. There was no booking under my name with the tour company. I was there 30 minutes before and it looks like I was scammed. Thankfully the tour company accepted my email ticket and said they would deal with it. However the perks of buying through this site were not given to me... I couldn't expect someone to go above and beyond since they offered to accept my email ticket. Beware of this site. I don't have any other course of action but from what I can see this is maybe a scam.

Nobody tells you where to go. I read other travelers' comments and they expected everything easy. To get it flowing you have to venture out and look for the boat yourself with the name of the agency offering the service.
