I boarded boat & got seated & never seen too since for past 24min. Noticed everybody else being brought in get drinks order, starters+photo within a few mins, even seats with no one on it have starters(got photo). ask to be helped & get yes sir. 32min in Got introduction+empty table food+drink. Did NOT enjoy.
Sat under the stair and staff are talking and doing business with the pos(card) machine right next to me on my left.
Bread cold and starter not so tasteful
Haven’t had another refill drink going 57mins and got the wrong order.
1hour & 10mins in got my photo taken, photographer knows what his doing and was good when got to me.
Also my table gets used to put glasses on. (Got photos)

The boat itself (Amor) was very nice. The views of the Bosphorus were spectacular despite the rain. The entertainment was good. The dinner was lackluster. The dessert, abysmal. With so much great food and world class desserts in Istanbul, we were really disappointed with the meal. I had the fish, my wife had the chicken.

The food was absolutely terrible, and my drink didn’t arrive until nearly two minutes before the cruise ended, and a whole 20 minutes after they already picked up the dirty plates. —despite the fact that all I ordered was a Diet Coke.
The staff seemed far more focused on selling photos than on providing basic service, such as serving an edible dinner or ensuring guests received their requested beverages in a timely manner.
This experience was extremely disappointing and completely unexpected. I never imagined I would have such poor service.

The organiser of the dinner cruise is not reliable as he failed to send the agreed transport to pick us and drop us where the cruise boat is boarding. As we are in Istabul for the first time and pick up appointment was shortly before departure, we missed the dinner cruise. Therefore we have no idea about the dinner arrangements.

We arrived, as instructed, at 7.45 for the 8.00pm departure but appeared to be the first guests there. Others turned up later (presumably by hotel transfers) and we eventually got underway at 8:50pm. There was confusion because we had chosen the option with unlimited soft drinks but our voucher indicated we were entitled to two glasses of wine with our meal - which was wrong. The food was adequate, the service friendly, the on-board show good and the whole evening enjoyable. The photographer in attendance took lots of photos but the resulting album was too expensive, even after multiple reductions which took the price down from 140 to 50 Euros!

Regarding the timing of the cruise:
— Boarding for guests starts at 20:00,
— The official departure time of the boat is 21:00, after all transfer and individual guests arrive at the pier.
Sometimes transfer groups may arrive later due to Istanbul traffic, which can slightly delay the seating process. Still, we always do our best to start the program as close to schedule as possible.

The tour driver arrived around time to pick us up at the hotel. The diner tasted good but, it was not warm enough. The show was very entertaining. At the end, it was raining and we were looking for the mini-bus outside while fortunately the tour guide contacted us and we were able to meet him and get the transportation back to our hotel. We appreciate his concern.

There was a whole show on board with a lot of music. Besides, I think a couple of 100 guests. In the middle a dance floor where a show was done. Very nice only not because of the fact that music exceeded 90 decibels. We just sat outside in misery. Otherwise the staff was very friendly
